"Love the Employee's!"
"I have never been here in person, but I have organized that my dad's scripts are filled here and delivered to him. Everyone I have ever spoken to there is so caring and helpful and I've had to call a fair few times. Honestly, they go above and beyond. I really don't want to switch pharmacies but our insurance considers Food City a standard participating pharmacy and not a preferred pharmacy, it has Food City charge us MORE than you would pay if you walked in off the street with no insurance. I've previously worked for the same insurance company and I never knew this kind of practice existed. Our insurance is a disgrace but that's another story! The Food City United folks are so kind and try to help any way they can. I'm reading the reviews of the local CVS pharmacies and they are terrible. I really want to stay!"
