"I'm from out of the area and needed a prescription sent here. I called on a Thursday morning and they told me it would be ready for pickup on Friday. I didn't have time over the weekend to stop by, so I went to pick it up on Monday. It wasn't ready, and the manager was extremely rude saying that he had a list of 20 transfers ahead of mine and I would just have to be patient for a few more days. I will NOT be returning to this pharmacy!"

"I am so sick of constantly complaining about this horrible pharmacy and nothing being done about it. Everyone who works here is unbelievably rude and deceitful. They steal your money, lie about prices and never take accountability or apologize for their mistakes. How crazy is it to be rude to a customer when YOU GUYS made a mistake. DO NOT buy your prescriptions here. You’re better off going to CVS. Safeway, you should be ashamed by a 3.5 rating. Get your act together and either train your employees better or find new ones. This is unacceptable."
