The boys up front proceeded to mock and repeat what I said to each other whilst completing the order. I felt embarrassed and it was just very rude. Your employees need to learn professionalism even for non customers"

"I ordered the brisket cheddar sandwich. When I ordered it I specifically said extra onions 5 times. The girl that I made the order with made my sandwich and put a half of slice of onion it.I will NEVER eat a firehouse sub again."

"If this place is owned my 'firefighters' I would not want my home to burst into flames with these investors in charge of a fast response time. This is my first time at a Firehouse Subs and the response time is incredibly slow, outlandishly boring and dull. My $22 meatball sub with a few bags of chips is still not ready to go with only 16 total people in the building at the 18 minute mark."

"I've been visiting Firehouse Subs for a few years now, but this was my first experience at this location. I had had a long day in town with doctor's appointments, and needed some grub. I stopped in here, and was welcomed right away. I ordered my sub at the register, and it was prepared with 5 minutes. The quality far exceeded what I'm used to from Firehouse. Generation portions of meat and toppings. As I was finishing up, I decided to order a sub to go for my wife. I did this on the mobile app. I went to refill my drink as I waited, and I mentioned to the guys working that I had just placed an order, and just to let me know when it was ready - no rush was needed. About 2 minutes later he delivered it to my table. Employees at this location are great. The team working this day seemed to enjoy each other, and they all worked together to prepare each sub. I'm not near this location often, but when I do pass through, I'll certainly be stopping in!"
