"Happy with the customer service not happy with the results nor am not happy with the time my car accident was in Dec 2023 and I still have not got paid in full yet here it's the 8th of Feb 2024 had to borrow money to get new /used car NOT HAPPY!!!"

"If I could give them a 0 rating I would. I have a claim from Dec. 27th 2023. I have had to pay $2500 out of pocket so far for repairs. There are still approx $5000.00 of repairs that need to be done. The person supposedly that is working on my claim, Dyllon Loya, will not return my phone calls or emails I have sent him all repair costs. And when I call the main office they won't help either."

"Nathan Murray, my claims adjuster shorted Has shorted the check to me for the damages by nearly $1000. When I reached out to him to get the remainder of it, he said he’d be sending the check. He never sent the check. Reached out to him a third time requesting the remainder of the damages. He got really nasty with me stating the are a multi million dollar company and have no reason to short people. I said great please send a check for the to cover the rest of my damages… still no check… Nathan Murray has been Unroe Fessional, rude and inappropriate in Dealing with my claim I am extremely frustrated that I have still not received the full reimbursement for the damages on my vehicle. I sincerely hope upper management will do something to rectify the situation. It has Created great hardship to have this vehicle down only to have it extended and made worse by Nathan Murray.."

"So working with Dathan Pharr regarding my claim to my vehicle was fast and easy the communication was good. I didn’t have to wait and I definitely got the check in the mail really fast so I appreciate that and I appreciated the communication and helping me fill out the forms."

"If you call 9- 10 times you are directed to a VM and your call never get a call returned. Poor customer service and they fail to pay their claims without the run around. A great way to treat Firefighters trying to live some quality of life dealing with Cancer. It seems they cannot be contacted for care authorization by design."
