Then, and only then, do they tell you they don’t get involved in recurring problems with carriers, don’t vouch for carriers ability to process claims and you are on your own. Buyer beware. I would give zero stars if I could. Find another option."

"I recently took a mission trip to Guatemala with members from my church. We were visiting one of the pastors from our church who had a calling to preach to the people of Guatemala. One of the families from our church went with him, his wife and their son as well. We send two teams down a year and I was blessed to attend and bring the good news of the Gospel to the precious people of Guatemala. I highly recommend this if you are ever traveling, to avoid costly medical bills, should a serious injury or death occor. As if the injury or death are not bad enough, the financial burden on any family would only make it worse! Jan and the team at Good Neighbor Insurance, can also field questions about how it works and the do's and don’ts when traveling internationally as they relate to insurance.
