"RUN! After being with them for years, I was hit by a moving truck and it totalled my car. I sued with a lawyer and it was fully deemed not my fault. They raised my rates significantly, immediately after the accident!! Then after settling the case in August, Progressive won't approve an application for further coverage due to "excessive claims". 1.. claim. 1. I reported them to the AZ DOI and so should you. Such scum of a company. **update: calling to get this fixed I found multiple claims for glass added on the same exact day and the same year, for a single car! They had to send it to their superior to get it removed as this is not possible. "They would call me back"; surprise, they haven't called me back. THIS IS ILLEGAL TO ADD FALSE CLAIMS!"
"Horrible company. They act in bad faith which is against the law. They denied my first ever claim for fault not based on law or rules of the road but based on opinions. Tried to talk to supervisors or managers and no response. According to progressive when a car comes to the end of a t-intersection they don’t have to stop or yield to on coming traffic. Andrew Gardella along with his boss Shannon won’t return calls or messages which is against the good faith laws. So much for 6 plus years with a company. I will see them again in the future as they will have to answer to a judge about this false claim denial."
