"I went with bN for my insurance needs because of the decent google rating, and my initial experience with the representative, Ari was quick, easy, and cheaper than what I was quoted by other companies. Without any warning my monthly installments went up $60. When I noticed this on my bank statement, I called. They informed me that they sent out a letter notifying me...which conveniently I did not receive. When I asked to be refunded for the excess amount I was charged they told me theres nothing that they could do for me, so they left me no choice but to cancel my policy with them... before I submitted the requested handwritten notice to cancel, I called the actual insurance company that..you know..insures my automobile.. and after waiting on the phone with bN for an hour only to be given terrible customer service. I waited on the phone with the insurance company for 10 MINUTES..only to be told that my policy was being adjusted and i was going to be refunded all of the excess money i paid on my policy. Whats the point of going through a 3rd party when i was looking for convenience and someone in my corner locally..? Instead i'm treated better by someone I don't know from a company i'm not aware of. bN might be great when they are getting the commission off you, but as soon as they are done writing you up the customer service is slim to none."

"Very helpful and courteous. Kara and Ari are awesome. Everytime I deal with them it's a good experience. Now days it's so hard to find good customer service so they our breath of fresh air."

"I received multiple text messages and a phone call from this company without ever requesting a quote. I sent them a text message requesting that they remove me from their list because I do not need a quote and do not give them permission to text/call me. I got a very rude response! I'm not sure what kind of company would hire someone so rude, but I can guarantee I won't ever use their services or refer them to anyone!"

"The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased insurance from Cory, one of their salesman. He lied to me about what my monthly payments would be. I have called multiple times to get it straightened out. I have been told 3 times he would call me back. I called again today only for him to tell me his sales he gets today are more important than my problem and that he cannot help me. Once again, he says he will call me back. So just because he already got his commission out of me I no longer matter, even though he lied to me about what my monthly payments would be."

"These guys really helped me out, they shopped around for me and found me the lowest rate I'd heard after almost a week of shopping around, my agent Edgar was able to convince my mom who's really skeptical about giving her information to strangers and she only speaks Spanish. I highly recommend them!"
