"I’ve never felt more like a villain and been treated more rudely by staff than by the pharmacists at this Smiths. They were so rude over the phone (although professional) I truly experienced the worst customer service ever. The lady spoke to me very rudely and hung up on me at the end of the call."

They are caring, compassionate, understanding and best of all not judging people, most other pharmacies are so judging and never remember your name, they are sweet and joining Kroger club you’ll save a lot of money!! "I've been in Las Vegas for about 3 years. And started using Smith's for food shopping then I hurt myself after going to the doctor he decided to give me a prescription I went shopping before I was done my medicine was ready they were. So nice and I moved all my medicine to Smith's and I'm glad I did they call or text when it's ready they explain everything if I need to pay for it they find me the best price it's great I'm very happy THANKS"
"Since Sal left this location has gone downhill. I used to be able to get an rx filled within an hour or two but now I'm lucky if I get it the same day (which due to my meds I need them same day.) Last time I dropped off my rx at 10am, was told i could pick up at 3 but they didn't have them ready until 4:15. The person ringing them up only applied insurance to one rx and i had to point out that there should be no copays on any of the prescriptions. Overall I am very disappointed in customer service, one woman acts as if she is doing me a favor by filling my rx, she tries to find loopholes as to why I shouldn't pick up for a few days or something. I really feel shame due to the nature of my prescription and she makes it worse. I really want to change pharmacies."
