"The first time I spoke with someone for help at this company...RUDE, extremely rude. I have no Idea of the process for I have never needed to go through Valenz for BCBS. This company is setup to sell "they are connecting providers to insurance companies in the benefit of the members" The bottom line is they squeeze doctor offices out of money and pad their pockets and save insurance companies money. Its that simple."
