"I swear the pharmacist is taking his own inventory. I called to ask questions about a medication, this guy was speaking in slow motion and having a difficult time focusing. I literally wanted to ask him if he's high. Plus, they take days and days to fill a common place RX. They are cheaper than anyone else, and its just not worth it. Plus, they give you the wrong RX. I've had this mishap every single time I go in. No wonder there is NEVER line."

"I ordered my prescription a week ago, got no notification it was ready. I went into the store but the guy at the counter was having difficulty with the customer he had. I came back to work and called them. Their Robot phone is dire. Eventually got through to be told my prescription is sitting there. Their "text messaging service is a bit iffy so they'll give me a number to re-boot". Hell no! I'll be transferring my prescriptions outta there."

"I went in at 9:30 am to get my prescription. They told me it will take about two hours and I called in about two hours and they told me all they needed to do was count them, so give them another hour. I patiently waited and I went in and got my prescription and when I went home, they shorted me half of my prescription and did not even circle the Quantity of my prescription and did not get signed off by a pharmacist."

"Haven’t been impressed with this pharmacy. I have given them multiple chances but always end up with something wrong or delayed. The latest story is we called them to order my my sons prescription that was urgent to get today and they said it would be done in an hour. I go to pick it up and they tell me they don’t have it and it will have to be ordered. It wouldn’t have been a problem if they told us right away it was out of stock or they call us back to tell us but rather I have to change my work schedule to go pick it up and find out it’s out of stock once I get there. We switched everything over to the Smiths Pharmacy and they were much better."

"There are only a few of the staff that are friendly. The manager has a personality that is suitable for a stay at home job. I changed pharmacy after they hired a new STRONG - personality technician who believes that she’s running the show. What? She or anyone else there wouldn’t have a job if WE weren’t filling OUR prescriptions, ordered by our physicians. I know they’re busy but they need to hire some sociable staff to create balance. Peace to them all and I hope they enjoy their lives out of their work situation. I have to drive a little further for my prescriptions now but I’m good with it."
