"I can not overstate how frustrating it is to come to this location! Firstly, my check-in is 100% of the time canceled because I was called or texted without my response when I never received any calls or texts. This happens when I opt to sit outside rather than inside. I have checked and changed my number with them every visit, yet this incompetence persists. Secondly, getting my blood drawn is often a nightmare. The pokes and repokes are thoughtless and plain painful. You can either get a proficient phlebotomist or use the vein-finder. I am not a pin-cushion. Yes, hydration plays a role in the ease of blood draw, and I carry away water throughout my day. I am sitting in my car in tears. I don’t know if you can tell how frustrated I feel because I loathe this Lab, crossing my fingers that my doctor will send me to a different lab. I do not recommend this location."
"I ONLY go to this lab so I can ask for Bianca. She is amazing. Usually don't even feel the needle. I normally have difficult veins and so knowing who is the best is really important. She is also quite lovely and sweet. What more can you ask for?"
"Honestly, normally I do not like coming here. It was a different experience today. It only takes a moment to be kind and nice and Bianca did that spectacularly! She treated every single patient with the same upbeat kindness. Then I expected the Phlebotomist to be the typical unfriendly I've come to expect from here. But TAMMY was soft spoken and friendly asked how I was doing etc. Great job changing my opion of your establishment. And thank you for making my day!"
"The folks I encountered were fine, everyone except this front desk gentleman. He was so rude. He was extremely unprofessional to me, didn’t bother me much because ppl like him, I tend to be able to ignore and move on with my day easily but I’m angered on how badly he treated all the other patients and elderly ppl in there. So sad, I almost caused a scene but I left it alone. He wouldn’t even look up when ppl walked up to him at the desk. Multiple ppl walked in and before anyone could even tell him what was needed he said “check in the Kiosk and have a seat” multiple elderly ppl tried to talk to him including a confused old lady trying to pay a bill/ask a question and he said “I’m busy working on something else, check in at the kiosk” the elderly lady said “I just want to pay a bill not be seen” and he said “ma’am check in and have a seat I’m busy working on something else”.. that is no way to speak to a 90 year old confused lady smh. Another lady was sent back into the waiting room after being seen to fill out papers. She just needed to turn in her papers to him, and as she walked up, again “sign in the kiosk and have a seat” The phone rang and right off the back he told the patient “umm I’m kind of busy so I can’t help you right now so I’m going to put u on hold and help you when I’m done” then the lady next to him picked up the phone when she walked into the room (and also helped the other confused elderly lady that he was “too busy to answer her question” l’ve been in the waiting room for just 10- 15 mins and he has refused to help every single person who has entered this building The sweet lady next to him had to pick up his slack. If you can’t multitask and aren’t a “people’s person”, don’t work at the FRONT desk. Sonora Quest, please don’t allow ppl like THIS to be the first person that your patients encounter and he should definitely not be working with the ELDERLY!"
"I brought my granddaughter here, blood and stool. Blood went great. A couple days later I went to drop off the stool sample. A female told me to sign in. Told her not my sample, I'll leave it. It had a label on it. Said I needed her medical card! She said she'd throw it in the garbage! It was in a plastic bag. I put it on her desk and said I was leaving. A male customer started yelling at me, called me a b*itch! Called today and talked to Hailey, they lied, she's the lead, not the manager. Told her they should have a slip of paper to go with the sample. Oh, you have to bring back the doctors order with the sample. Already gave it to them the day she had blood, then they returned the paperwork. So, ended conversation with Hailey lying saying they told us all of this! Hailey LIED (late into the conversation) and said I hit the girl on the head with the plastic bag (at the desk). Had issues previously with the St. Mary's location. They left my blood out for hours and had false results which, I would have to go to the emergency room. Had the blood done again and it was fine. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAB GROUP! I still want to talk with the MANAGER!"
