"Very unfortunate to have a less than positive experience with this place. Henry aka (J.R.) was most helpful. Unauthorized expenses that I had to pay for, without knowing about ahead of time, arguing and not being able to carry on a civil conversation. Their very nice,, until they have your pink slip and car and then they’ve got you. Not recommended. I’m only saying this because it was upsetting. I hope he will change his tone in the future. It will help a great deal and get better ratings."
