It is a good feeling to know that I can call him and he will try and help me with any questions I have and get me an answer. "It's been my observation lately that customer service is definitely a dying art. It was resurrected in perfect form in Sam Tripp. He went out of his way to make sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted, and looked at several different options to make sure that I was satisfied. I explained to him that I was in need of cataract surgery on both eyes, and I wanted to know if there was something where I could perhaps add a premium if necessary to make sure that the procedure was covered in full. He instantly suggested the right plan for me, and surprise me by telling me that it was covered with $0 copay. I can't even tell you how thrilled I was by this. When I had called before, I actually had an operator hang up on me but not before saying to me, "if you would just stop talking and listen, I would be able to help you."
