"My husband & I have been with Kim since she took over Dr. Ben-Asher's clinic on 1st Ave. We we're very concerned about being handed off to her but we realized pretty quickly that we were in good hands! Kim has been with us through some very very rough times & has ALWAYS been more than any medical professional that I have EVER known & I've known ALOT! She's greeted us with warm, kind, gentle, heartwarming sincerity at every turn! Sure, she has definitely scolded us a few times but I swear to you that she was in the right to do so! Something people seem to forget about her is that she IS also HUMAN!! Although, that may not be altogether the whole truth... I absolutely believe that she IS Superwoman OR she's her daughter!! If you listen to her you will always hear what a beautiful heart & soul she has! That is unless you may be disabled & be someone who is living (suffering too I bet) with no heart at all & if that IS the case, well, We are praying for you & hope that it's given back to you, you find it again or you finally get one! You know, you have to have a heart before you can let Jesus come to live in it! I pray that if anyone has this horrific disability that God heal them quickly for we want NOONE to go to Hell! Ok, enough preaching!!! Kim, we love you, we miss you & we can NEVER thank you enough for being a WORLD CLASS PROVIDER WHO 1000% CARES ONLY FOR THE SAFETY & WELLBEING OF YOUR PATIENTS!! As a person who has been seeing doctors most all of my life (over 33 years) it has been a true honor to be your patient! There are only 3 doctors in those 33 years that I've ever cared about & the 1st was my grandfather but YOU are the last. The 2nd was the very 1st doctor that actually ever really listened to me. She was my oncologist when I was diagnosed at 19 yrs old! YOU are the ONLY ONE who's EVER listened to me in regards to my pain. Physical, Mental & Emotional!! I miss you so much already! I hate that you are closing & wish you a very speedy return!! I hope that we are one of your 1st phone calls when you do return to give us our already much needed care... From YOU!! "I was a long time patient of Dr. Dyer. The last few months, I have had an increase in my chronic pain levels. Today, I attempted to address my concerns about the inadequacy of my pain management. Dr. Dyer became angry, yelled at me and then kicked me out of her office. I basically have no life because of my chronic pain and Dr. Dyer attempted to trivialize my pain by talking about her own pain. If she could understand my pain, she would not be able to manage her practice. The whole thing was completely unprofessional and suggests that it was a mistake to be her patient in the first place. It is very difficult to trust a doctor, or anyone really because I have mild autism and social interactions can easily become overwhelmingly stressful. I was already starting to lose hope about my situation and this doesn't help. Dr. Dyer failed to consider my individual needs as a patient and was prescribing based on arbitrary limits which do not help me because I am a large person. Therefore, for any given dose, my blood concentration of the medicine is going to be about half of what it is for the "average" person for whom dosages are calculated. There is no legal reason why she cannot do this. She kept saying the insurance company will have some sort of issue. But this was also an excuse because I could have paid out of pocket for the medication I need. All that is necessary for tyranny to flourish is for good people to do nothing. Dr. Dyer is part of the problem because she is simply paranoid the DEA will launch a witch hunt against her."
"I've been going to Dyer Health for many years now & wouldn't imagine going anywhere else. Front staff is always friendly & helpful. They really do care about the patient here. My wife & I are always treated like family when we walk in. Kim is always thouro & kind. I've never had a bad experience in all the years I've been a patient."
"This posting is in regards to Rebecca Hubeny from owner at Dyer Health PLLC: I am disheartened that a former patient would use social media as retaliation after being discharged from our practice for verbally abusing a staff member! This review is especially surprising since this particular patient had tried to have the insurance company re-assign me as her primary care provider after that discharge. Of course, further research does show that Dunkin' donuts, Mercy Care, and Walmart do not fare well in her reviews! Oddly enough, Ms. Hubeny is using a different last name than when she was a patient in her posts or posting without a last name/anonymously??! During the first year of a business, many trials and financial tribulations occur...as a family, we had discussed these issues when patients voiced concerns over the changing employees at Dyer Health! I have ALWAYS looked my patients in the eye...the eyes tell much about truthfulness and a patient's health! Monthly appointments are required for patients seeking narcotics only! We accept many insurances; however, some patients only qualify for or can afford only government assistance with healthcare needs and may be limited based upon circumstances beyond our control as to what insurance they qualify for! As for Ms. Hubeny, I wish her well in the future...however, I will not subject my staff members to further verbal abuse!! Good health and best wishes, Ms. Hubeny! You will never have any problems with her unless you cause them, she is super easy going! Very thorough...unlike many doctors who just get you in and out without keeping you in the loop!"
