"Do not buy any electronics from this place. So I went in and found a good looking laptop few scuff marks but it looks like it was in decent condition and spent almost $300 purchasing it as a gift for another person the first time they used it they took the computer off of the charger and it died within 30 minutes I figured no big deal batteries are easy to replace not too expensive and I got it from a pawn shop so that's understandable. But then things just got worse within 2 months the entire screen went out and was unusable but that was past the return policy date so they told me there was nothing they could do. I don't know if it's just me but I feel like they should have a longer policy when an item is purchased for that much or have some sort of compensation for selling such a defective item. But it just taught me not to purchase anything from a pawn store ever again. Lesson learned."

"I love family pawn! I've been going to them for years now, whether getting loans on items or buying. My kids like video games and I do not like paying full price and here, we both win! When getting a loan, there have been times that I needed more time. I just call them and let them know what's going on and they've always been really accommodating and polite."

"BUYER BEWARE: I asked the sale person before purchasing an item if I could return it if it didn't work for me. She told me I could return it within 30 days for in store credit so I bought it. It didn't work for me and when I returned it a few days later, I was informed that they would charge a 25% restocking fee, that that policy was printed on the receipt I was given AFTER I had paid for it. If I had been informed upfront that I would only get 3/4 of the price back in credit, I would have not purchased it. All they had to do to restock the item was hang it back up in the empty spot where it had been a few days before. At least I know where not to shop in the future. A friendly name but NOT so friendly service."
