Angie's Prime Grill

"I noticed this location has been recently changed from Angie’s lobster to Angie’s prime grill. I never ate from Angie prime grill. However, as I missed their delicious lobster, I ordered a Cobb salad with colossal shrimp and a grill shrimp burrito for my lunch and dinner. They both tasted so…..good. The friendly staff helped me to order on site as I don’t know how to order on line. Love it and highly recommended this restaurant. They only have take out service so they can make high quality food with affordable price."

"I ordered a chicken burrito mexican style, I asked for no tomato. My first bite of the burrito I find a huge piece of tomato. I thought well that’s fine i'm not allergic but i'm just not fond of tomato. So I keep eating and I then find A PIECE OF PLASTIC in the burrito. Not sure what crew they got currently but their service is horrible!! Not to mention the drink they gave me had a hole in it and filled my cup holder with tea that tasted like sweet tap water. I get the price point is part of the deal but damn!! I will definitely not be coming back. I should be refunded for this garbage."

"Everyone is upset that this used to be a different restaurant and the company decided to pivot. It’s incredibly unfair to badly review a place for a choice that has nothing to do with the food or service of this new spot. I had heard of this prime grill in Phoenix and was so hyped to see one here. I knew it was the same people who made salad and go and the set up is very similar. It also has the same push to keep prices low in all kinds of inventive ways while still offering great food and great service and who doesn’t love that. We went opening week and are hooked. It’s everything I want in a food spot, it’s cheap, it’s healthy, it’s fast, it’s simple, and it’s filling. We felt super happy with both the burrito and the warm bowl we got. Chicken was delicious and felt we got great servings, especially since we got extra chicken in the burrito. Everyone we interacted with was super nice as well. Only complaint was that the burrito wasn’t mixed up super well, kinda had all the sauce on one side but the night we went they were slammed so I can understand that this might not be the norm for them. I also wish they had calorie estimates, I track my calories most of the time so it’s nice to have some kind of estimate but I emailed their team asking for that so I hope they put one up soon. We will definitely be back a lot and am so excited to try the full menu and their breakfast because those burritos??? They look incredible. Don’t listen to everyone who is just bitter that companies change and expand their business."

"Bring back Angie's lobster. Just went to this location tonight because we're big fans of Angie's Lobster. We thought Angie's Prime was just lobster but with the addition of steak, boy were we wrong. 1, The menu choices don't make sense, salad or burrito were the options. I don't want my surf and turf on a salad, if I did, I would have gone to Salad and Go. Because these were the only options I went with a salad. The order was completely wrong (they gave me brown rice instead of my Cobb salad) and the lobster was severely overcooked, completely dried out and didn't taste like anything but pepper. And yes, you heard that right, it was Cobb salad. Why is that an option for steak and lobster. Well it was the best of the 6 salad options for what I ordered. 2. The wait time and cost, long time to cook (of course because it's steak) and same for cost, total meal was $52, each surf and turf was $18.99. I guess to be expected because we did order steak and lobster. I had a stack of grilled onions, 3/4 of brown rice (instead of salad) and two tiny pieces of lobster and a few ozs of steak. When it was Angie's lobster, you received way more lobster on a roll or priced separately for 1/2 the price $9.99 for a lobster roll, fries and a drink. $18.99 for the same amount of meat (steak and lobster) in a lobster roll is excessive. I feel like the reason for the pricing/menu change was because of the area, perhaps feeling like the area could afford the higher costs and people in the area would be willing and would pay more. Sadly we won't be returning. Between the poor food quality, cost and accuracy, it's a pass for us."
