"The best place to live, awesome staff, apartments are kept on the most pristine condition, always so prompt to fix any repairs, common grounds were impeccably clean. Lived there for 3 years and even moving out was a smooth and transparent transition. I highly recommend this complex, you will enjoy quiet, clean and comfort here!!!"
"Absolutely the most wonderful place to live! I did not want to buy right now and this has been the best alternative!! The office staff is always friendly and professional, and the maintenance guys are super quick to help! My apartment is like a condo: It’s very spacious, I have my own attached garage, and my staircase is private, inside of my own home. My neighbors have been wonderful! I feel very much at home; we’re so happy!!"
"We have lived hear about 7 months and we highly recommend Vivace. We saw some reviews that said the good reviews come from staff. We are not staff, so this is a legit review from a happy resident. Also, even if some good reviews do come from staff, some of the staff do live here so while possibly biased, the staff who live here do have a right to make a review about their experience too. I think it speaks volumes that staff live here. I personally believe people are more likely to uphold rules when they are aware that any given time, they could be seen by staff. We LOVE that the community is non-smoking! It is hands down one of the very best perks of living here. I’ve read other reviews about bugs, and we too had seen some bugs; however, we communicated with the office through our portal and it was immediately addressed. The pest control will treat inside your home upon request and that helped tons. We also had very loud crickets outside that were keeping us up, or waking us up and we addressed this with the office and it was immediately taken care of. We have had a few maintenance issues arise and we submit concerns in the portal and the maintenance staff often addressed it same day, and never longer than 24 hours. Maintenance is very respectful and kind. We love that they offer valet trash every day, and they have the dumpster/compactor for when you have extra stuff. The staff has always been pleasant and friendly to us so far. We think they do an amazing job keeping up with the grounds. I see “grounds crew” out and about every day and they do a great job maintaining the landscaping and keeping the property picked up. We love the dog park and doggy spa. We love the location, as we feel safe here. We love how there is an “interior” and “exterior” sidewalk.Also, there is a nice trail. There is also neighborhoods nearby. It gives so many options to choose from for walks, depending on your mood. It’s awesome to be so close to the airport, but rarely hear planes. It’s awesome to be able to walk to shops and restaurants. We love the attached garage, extra parking, and individual entrance doors. We also appreciate that there is a keypad to the garages. The pool area has been fabulous. They have really comfy chairs. On occasion, especially on Sundays, the pool does seem to need cleaned. It’s my impression they don’t have someone here on Sundays taking care of that. It would be extra nice if they did, but by Monday it gets taken care of. I’ve never complained or reported it to be an issue, so I am not sure they are even aware if it. All of our neighbors are so nice and seemingly very respectful; although, sometimes we hear our neighbors above. That has been one of the downsides is the noise from above. They aren’t partying or anything like that. They are just a family living with their two dogs. I do wish the sound barrier was a bit better between the spaces because I don’t feel they are doing anything out of the ordinary, but we hear them frequently. We don’t ever hear any other neighbors though. Overall, we’ve been very pleased living here. We do wish rent was cheaper, but that’s not just here, that’s everywhere in the Valley. While it’s more than we prefer to pay, we know it is reasonable for the area and market."
"I’ve been here for almost a year and I really enjoy it. Unfortunately, I had very noisy, nightmarish neighbors when I first moved into my apartment, which made living here very difficult. Obviously, that’s not the fault of the apartment itself or the office staff, but the management team was still extremely responsive and apologetic about the situation. Thankfully, the neighbors moved out 4 or 5 months after I moved in and I have not had any issues since. The only negative about this complex is that I find quite a bit of bugs in my apartment. Mostly spiders. So perhaps maintenance needs to spray more often, but I bought my own bug repellent and sprayed my apartment inside and out, and that seems to have helped. The office staff is wonderful, the apartments are clean and updated, the amenities are nice, and the area is safe. I fully recommend living at Vivace."
"When we first moved in this complex was owned by a different company, Watermark, that valued the residents. Then vivace bought the complex and decreased a bunch of residential perks, then they raised the rents They list all the original maintenance crew, new crew is useless and leaves a mess behind them Upon moving out expect for them to charge you the equivalent of a month's worth of rent in trumped up cleaning charges. They won't send you a final bill, they would rather send you to collections."
