"Been here almost two years. Robin and Brandon are wonderful and always extremely helpful, only reason I choose to stay here for the high rent cost is because of them. Would love to see more done by Avanti to make the cost worth it for living here though. Really high rent for little value. Was hoping the recent renovations would add some value to the gym and front office but just a $100,000 of money wasted with nothing added but a new simple look, whoever approved it must be friends with the contractors. New gym floors and paint but no new equipment and we lost the racquetball court. Probably going to be rent increases to pay for it. Otherwise not a bad place to live, might find more value elsewhere for the cost of rent and due to the units not being upgraded very much."
