"I've been living here for about 6 months now and it's been just scraping the minimum living conditions needed to pass code. You have no control of the air, the parking lot is so tight I don't like parking my truck close to my apartment because someone could easily hit it. I haven't been able to get a key fob for any of the amenities that they promise such as the laundry room, pool, and gym. The entry ways and stairs into the apartments are absolutely disgusting filled with years of dirt and grime and not to mention all the spider webs and bug just sitting outside my front door that I have to look at everytime I or my guests enter or exit my apartment. I just walked out to gather some pictures and found 4 alive spiders within a 3 foot radious of my door. I have tried and tried to go into the office and also call with no luck even in the middle of business hours. When it comes time to pay rent hopefully you're able to do it online because the staff isn't going to be in to take cashiers checks and are very unhelpful when it comes to issues with online payment and if you don't pay by the 3rd it's $150 late fee even though they aren't in the office to take your payment (during normal business hours). Would not recommend moving here and I will NOT be extending my lease once it is up!"

"Apartment hunting, came here cause the ad said $1000 but of course they don't have that unit. 2 br has $300 to $500 in "utilities" tacked on every month.... yeah right."

"I have been here for 8 years and couldn't have been happier. Monica and Prince were efficient and helpful. If I needed help with anything they are right there for me. Couldn't ask for better staff. Maintance was quick and effective. I had enjoyed my time here. However the new manager, Maria appears to be learning on the job. Still having some slight issues getting things done. Been waiting for replacement air vents, got 2 but still need 3 more. They were initially ordered 8/2022. Change in staff has been tricky...lots of Apts empty now....promised 3 new vents to replaced ruined ones....still waiting...."

"Do not move here!!! Absolutely trash apartment. Old building from the 60s that they charge 1600 plus for. Homeless population runs the neighborhood. Zero control of temperature of your apartment. You will never see maria on property who is property manager and when you do stay clear. She's very rude. Spiteful unprofessional. Loves to see good people kicked to the street but keeps trash around the complex visibly. No maintenance on staff. But you aren't aloud todo your own maintenance. So you may have faulty electric. Which is a fire hazard. if you don't have pets or children or you don't care about your health perfect place for you!! Welcome to park village"
