"Fantastic apartment in the Mesa area! I have lived here for about a year now and after living in a few different apartments over the last several years I can definitely say this has been the best! Covered assigned parking is convenient and having a gate around the property just allows for a little more sense of security. Judy in the front office has been so welcoming and kind since I moved in. Any help that I've needed - she has been so quick to respond and very helpful! The units themselves are cozy and I love that only the bedrooms are carpeted, especially with having a dog! Also, they just put in a new dog wash station which is great especially for long haired pooches like mine!"

"I am a current renter here and I love it! I have been trying to rent here for the past 3 years but the timing was never on my side lol but thankfully I applied last year and was able to move in right before the NewYear and my family is happy! Mrs. Judy helped us along the way to ensure we had a smooth move in! My kids are happy and my husband has a piece of mind knowing we are in a clean, safe, family friendly environment! Anytime we have had a maintenance issue (haven’t had many at all) the office/maintenance team is quick to respond and fix the issue! It’s an older complex …yes but it’s a nice complex! The only real downside is the parking, I wish there was the ability to have more than one covered parking but there is available uncovered parking! All in all I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!!"

"Colores Del Sol has been a wonderful place to live! The staff that works there is what makes this place so wonderful. I have lived in two units since April ( transferred to a larger unit ) and both units were great. From application date to this review I have zero complaints. Judy, the community manager has gone above and beyond. She responds to EVERY email. She even found my lost package on the property and placed it my door. :) Maintenance team very knowledge and respectful. Cassandra the assistance in the office very helpful as well. The ground are always clean. The grills always clean. The playground always clean. The pool sparkles. The smoking area always clean. My family plans to be here until the day comes were we finally purchase a home. But for now, Colores Del Sol is our home :)"
