"My roommate and I lived there through 2022 and into early 23. The neighbors upstairs were insanely loud all the time, and they never did anything about it. Some stuff was damaged in our unit that we mentioned in the move-in walkthrough sheet, and yet they still withheld a significant chunk of our deposit money, including for stuff we had listed at move-in (we even went to the office to talk with them a couple weeks after move-out, and they assured us we would get the refund for the things listed on our sheet, and we still never received the check). They also added several insanely minor things to deduct from our deposit outside of what we had listed on the sheet. If you don't value your deposit money or an office that is competent, then this is a great place to live. The only good things I can say is that the units themselves are relatively nice, and the maintenance workers are very good and responsive. Nothing else though. Living here was miserable. I avoid any apartment complexes owned by Avenue5 as a result of this experience."

This past month has been a wild ride for maintenance requests from the microwave, to the dishwasher, and even the AC. Marcos and Daniel have been incredibly responsive and communicative with me throughout each process and have provided PHENOMENAL customer service and solutions to fix the problems for me. I am thankful for their hard work!"

They hand out free dog treats, host social events, and attend to your needs in a timely fashion. They're always updating and remodeling not only the apartments but the common area.
