"Don't live here seriously. Ive unfortunately lived here for almost a year now and have experienced enough to finally speak up about this place. Everything from dirty/broken amenities on move in day, bad roach infestation, mold everywhere, hidden fees for almost everything here, PAPER thin walls so goodluck having a life without your neighbors hearing everything you do and calling the front about it. They have most unresponsive/useless maintenance team I've ever seen. my sink didn't work for the first month of move in and I had to beg on the phone for an urgent maintenance request which I had to do multiple times!!! only for them to show up a MONTH later from my initial request to “fix” my sink which they didn't. It actually just made it worse to the point where it wasn’t even hooked up properly which resulted in water was spraying everywhere from the bottom of my sink… its as if they didn't even test it to see if it even worked. It was such a bad plumbing job, in the end I had to go in a fix it myself. sadly I could go on about this place and I will. This place has a HUGE mold problem and raises health concerns, my sink has mold under it from water damage, as well as areas in my bathroom and god knows where else. The Rent only goes up from what you think your initially paying, there are a LIST of addition of hidden fees, $40 transfer fees, fees for paying your fees, its actually insane. Im paying $200+ a month for lockers I don't use, valet trash which is a joke I take my own trash out and the dumpster is always grossly overflowing, unassigned uncovered parking that you pay for mind you, and a whole list of other useless things that you overpay for which the apartment complex profits a TON from by gouging you for useless services and hidden fees, its disgusting how they get away with it. Don't sign a lease here you will thank me later. this place has been extremely disappointing and I initially had high hopes going into this place as most do but are then shown the truth about this place and are trapped in a lease. Also I have seen them comment on other reviews and if they are going to comment under this saying we apologize and would like to make it right theres no point on emailing or calling when I know it wont get done and done right for that matter. They dont care about you living here and all that matters to them is that rent check they receive from you, You have been warned!"
"No one ever leaves a review if they are happy! Like all things in life my move in was not perfect, but the management has addressed all of my concerns as they have come up! I feel as if I’m heard, and I believe the management and matinance staff is working hard to make me happy! Over all I really like my apartment, I feel safe and I always manage to find a parking spot close to my unit"
"Edited: 1/7/24 Would rate 0 if I could. Maintenance is terrible, enters without permission. Not once but twice. Managers/ Staff won’t answer phones/ email, resolve problems, or anything that has to do with their job. For the month of February I’m being charged an additional $800+ for a month to month fee when I have lease agreements stating I have a 10 month lease! So I owe over $2500 FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY. That the managers have not yet to fix . Mid May found out there was a leak, going into the hallway and into one of the bedrooms. Carpets and vinyl flooring was wet. I discovered mold/mildew growing on the baseboard in the same room, I put a maintenance request for the mold/mold. Maintenance man came in for exactly 2 minutes and I did not receive an update as to what was done to my apartment. I called the office and they said they did not find any mold, I said wrong it was along the baseboard from the entrance door to the closet door. The office lady said one moment let me ask the maintenance guy then she stated that they spray chemicals on it to kill the mildew and scraped it. Now I got a hold of the managers email and mentioned the same situation their response was “it’s the residents job to maintain a clean house”. Not to mention you have to pay for a valet service (Not option it’s a must), Pay for parking, pay to have your deliveries stored, etc. Edited 12.12.23 Unhappy with maintenance and everything else within these apartments. Maintenance entered my home WITHOUT my permission, didn’t do anything because they found no leaks. Again put in another request due to the washer opening and bouncing around while washing two pieces of clothing. NOTHING FIXED again. If I could give it no stars I would."
"I must say, I have called and emailed the office regarding my concerns and never got a return call back. Even more unhappy that my last 4 rent statement are different every month.. I think that the water bill should have been apart of my contract agreement when I signed. Having several taxes added besides the 25.00 rental taxes is beyond me. To me residents are being charged extra for many things I'm not sure a resident should be charged over a hundred dollars more than what was signed in my agreement. So I'm not completely satisfied and not sure if it is correct or legal in the state of Arizona for all the extra charges."
"I came earlier to the offices during business hours to handle some issues I have with the apartments. Why do you have business hours opening at 10am posted if you aren’t competent enough as a business to hold to the hours you set. Residents have lives and responsibilities, for a lot of people Saturday is their only day off to be able handle business, and we don’t have to put up with scheduling our lives around when y’all “feel like it”. You can’t be bothered to roll out of bed and unlock the offices? Likely because you went out the night before and drank too much to be able get up before 12, shameful. Get it together, you’re a business, if you say you open at 10, be open. Otherwise change you business hours, or close up shop, might be better honestly because if you aren’t competent enough to open at a certain time, you likely are failing in many other areas as well."
