"Sent me to collections 15 days after the end of my lease for a bogus fee. We paid our rent on time for 2 years straight, never a single late fee or complaint. They didn't attempt to call me, text me, email me or communicate any of this to me except for an apparent letter that I never received (literally in the process of moving to a new place). I lived at Olive Queen Creek for a couple years, formerly named avilla victoria. This place will squeeze fees out of you until you're dry. That part is easy to stomach though compared to the rest. You are literally looking at several hundred dollars in fees on top of the agreed rental price, and then they will send you to collections after without even giving you a chance to pay. You are so much better off just renting a house, or literally any other apartment. This place is going to eat you alive in fees, and then come back for the double whammy and send you to collections for a negligible amount of money just to ruin your credit for no reason. Don't even get me started on the parking situation. Every single day you park will be a battle competing for a spot. half of the uncovered spots are "reserved" for employees or other special cases. If i could rewind the last 2 years of my life and pick a different place to live, i'd do this in a heartbeat. This place is literally ruining peoples lives by sending them to collections in the start of a recession. These people then have the audacity to post "apartment events" and act like there's some big community of friends. GOOD LUCK to any current tenants. I should've heeded the advice of the reviews when I originally rented here. The only thing luxurious about this place is the management themselves, riding around in nice cars with all the fee money they collected from their tenants. I'd say my only positive experience is that Jolene is a nice lady. However, being nice doesn't undo the grief i experienced here."

"We lived there when it was still avilla victoria and loved it!! We only lived there for for a couple months when they switched management and it was horrible!!! We could never get a hold of management, and had such a bad experience with them that we decided against renewing our lease and decided to leave early.... however, even THAT was a nightmare. Trying to schedule anything with them was difficult. Then when we did move out and we tried to pay the remaining amount for rent they never replied. Sent several emails and voice messages, nothing returned. Not until we got a notice in the mail for a debt collector and they were chatging us way more then expected. They did not want to send us any information on our move out charges, instead they just sent it to collections. And I still dont even know what we are being charged for! I LOVED avilla Victoria, but i would NEVER move back to olive queen creek due to the management. Which is very sad because we loved living there before."

"I have lived year for a little over a year. My experience has been great. The ladies in the office are very nice and the maintenance men are always on top of things. The property is well maintained and you can’t beat the location. Most of my neighbors are families and its a very quiet complex. I like living here so much we signed a 15 month lease. The small backyards are perfect for your kiddos or dogs. Definitely recommend living here!"

"I've been living here for a few months. The office staff (Jolene & Lindsay) are very efficient, accommodating & kind...a rare find these days. Jolene made a difference for me in my decision to live here. The refrigerator in my unit was old & the condenser was going out. I got a new one in a matter of days. Head of maintenance Daniel is totally on the ball. He and Chris (assistant) are very easy to deal with & very nice...again a rare find."
