"I have been living here for 6 years and just like any apartments complex they have there ups and downs, but they always handle everything very professionally and in a timely manner. Kiana is very kind, and knowledgeable and Christa is very quick to help me with any issues I may be having with my account. The manger Theresa I haven’t really had to speck with her but she always says hello and has a smile on her face."

"IF YOU ACTUALLY CARE FOR REVIEWS THIS ONE IS AS REAL AS IT GETS!!! DOOOOO NOT MOVE HERE! I repeat do not move here! The constant disrespect from the front office is absurd! Teresa is extremely disrespectful and Keyna follows not to far behind! Ohhh don’t tell them how to do their job that they don’t know how to do lol they will treat it as your being hostile and unprofessional. Christa is an absolutely perfect representation of what should exist in the office space of any apartment complex!"

"I have never encountered such incompetent people in my life before. First of all prior to moving here I was told my unit was ready, and it was not ready on the day they promised. Nevertheless, I let that slide. Sadly upon moving in, half of the appliances, do not work, like seriously! The sinks, refrigerator and ALL cabinets were filthy. I had to clean up as if I were a maid. For the price of rent 1900 you pay this should not be an issue. The staff just brushes everything off as if it’s no big deal. Maybe it’s the new management that’s the issue or maybe the OWNERS DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT YOUR MONEY‼️‼️‼️"

"Kiana is amazing!!!! She is so sweet and caring. That is so hard to find when working with apartment complexes. Another thing hard to find is an office who will answer the phone! If you call this leasing office you will most likely have your call answered and somebody will be available. They even actually respond to your voicemails! Such a rare thing to see these days. This place has been amazing so far. My original apartment was infested with roaches prior to moving in and they did everything they could to accommodate me while waiting for them to complete treating it. When the time came and I was told the place was still infested, they offered me a different unit that was larger and kept the same price. This really showed off their superb customer service skills and understanding. Upon moving in I did have a few issues, one if which was the dishwasher. It would leak all over the floor when I used it. Maintenance came (I believe his name was John) and he tried a fix and even looked at a couple other things I mentioned while he was there. Unfortunately, the dishwasher still leaked so in only 2 business days I came home to a brand new dishwasher with a note letting me know that he had replaced it. Most places will keep trying to fix things over and over and it's impossible to get something replaced but with this complex, you can trust that your issue will be resolved because their staff actually does care about your well-being and happiness at their community. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that their communication could use some work. Each time I had to be contacted about something they would let me know the night before instead of giving me any sort of notice. You never know who is actually at fault though so not sure where this fault lies. Overall, HIGHLY recommend. Great location as well."

"I can not recommend this apartment complex. The buildings and office are physically very nice... but the staff in the office are very difficult to deal with, even over simple things. From the beginning when I initially called to ask about pet fees and pet deposits, the person answering the phone was very annoyed and dismissive, telling me I could find all this information on their website. I had already consulted their website, but the information was confusing, which is why I was calling to clarify. Every month our ‘administration’ fees changed with no explanation, no breakdown of charges. Fees would range from $60 per month to $150, and when I asked for a receipt all they could give me was a copy of my check... The noise here was so loud from Stapley and highway, it was impossible to simply watch tv with the window open. Some of our neighbors who lived there would leave trash outside their doors... Lots of arguing in the parking lot at late hours of the night, it did not feel like a safe location.. On a positive note, our AC went out multiple times, and the maintenance guys who came out were always amazing - they were very professional and pleasant. Also, the grounds were well maintained and the pool/hot tub area was very nice. However, I was so relieved to find a nicer, more peaceful apartment complex - there are many in the area, so my advice would be to keep looking."
