"Black mold above bathrooms people shooting screaming at night lots of roaches like 5 different types and neighborhood is run down not what it use to be lots of kids no playground but dog park so you can smell it and dogs constantly without leash"

"Its like living in one big dog park. The management pretty much lets stray cats and the residents' dogs run the place. Covered in dog mess. Maintenance takes forever to fix anything. I lived there for about 3 years and had about 6 different managers run the office. The last manager right before she quit told me that for anything to be fixed it has to be approved by the corporate office. So that explains why it took a full year to get a new faucet for my kitchen sick, and it was only fixed because a substitute maintenance man took a faucet from a new apartment, stating they really concentrate on turning over the apartments for new residents leaving the current ones to suffer. our bathroom sink took years to be fixed.. We were out of lights in the court yard for almost a year because again, the corporate office didn't see fit to approve the residents having a safe place to walk at night. Several times in the past i have big mistakenly been filed for eviction even after paying rent. Im so glad to be out and away from there."

"This place is a complete dump. Not worth what we are paying for rent. The management is always changing. The current manager now is rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. We went to talk with the manager to voice my concerns about the facility and out of no where she starts yelling at my spouse and I. Not worried about what we had to address because our apartment is falling apart and never gets fixed. Just as long as they get their money, they could care less about what goes on in this complex. It’s very run down and old, I would not recommend anyone to come and rent here."

"Yes it's an older complex but, the current management really is doing what she can to address issues quickly and fights for more improvements. I've lived here twice now and Jasmine is, by far, the best manager we've had. She's kind and understanding. Very professional and knows her field. She has proven that she's not just here for a job but, actually cares about the tenants. Thank you Jasmine! We appreciate you!"
