"Two months ago I recently moved out due to me buying a condo. My honest review here is that I had a few issues but they were resolved by the maintenance and I'm glad that they were able to fix it. In the comments, customers mentioned roach infestations but I guess my apartment was sealed from any coming in. I've been a resident for 2-3 years. It's normal for dogs to be barking, tenants gatherings or being loud (I had no issues with neighbors being loud). Overall, the closing was pretty smooth and now I'm a condo owner."

"Just moved out and I would warn anyone who’s about to move in here, take pictures of everything before you move in. In the bathroom it looked like there was some water damage on the base board before I moved in and after I moved out they took pictures of it and charged me for it. From reading the reviews now, a common tactic the do is clean the carpet instead of replacing it. I lived there for a year alone, never had guest, never spilled anything on the carpet, after the first year stains started to show on the carpet, when I moved out they charged me to replace it. The microwave door was cracked before I moved in and they charged me $200 to replace, they probably charged the previous tenant for the broken door too. When I first moved in we were supposed to do a walk through the apartment with someone from the office, never did but I wouldn’t have known how much I’d have to point out before I moved in until after I moved out. So protect yourself and take pictures of every little thing that is off with the apartment before you move in and out."

"STAY AWAY!! THEY LEFT A FALSE CLAIM ON MY RENTAL REPORT!! absolute trash. infested with ants. you can even see lines of ants walking across the sidewalk outside, without even entering an apartment. you pay monthly for pest control, but nothing is done about the ants. completely unliveable. the shower clearly had mold from the last tenant, which they simply caulked over. upon moving out, they made up fake charges to keep exactly the amount of my deposit. almost every review you can read here says the same thing. charged to clean the blinds (i cleaned them by hand), charged for carpet cleaning (i had the carpet professionally cleaned after i moved out), charged a fee for ozone for smoking odor (i don't smoke), charged for painting (i cleaned the walls by hand, there was no dirt or stain on the walls). AND NOW I look at my rental report, which shows a balance of $1400, depsite the fact that I have receipts showing I paid my final balance in full. I had to contact on-site to have the bogus charge removed from my rental report, and they DID remove it, meaning they investigated and found it was an inaccurate claim. I should have disputed the move-out charges, but I just paid them anyway to avoid the hassle, and now they're claiming I owe them a month of rent?? I would recommend everyone stay away from this property, absolute scam."

"I just signed my second 12 month lease and have read the reviews and would like to add my observations. One, we did get hit with ants in June/July but with the pandemic I just bought ant spray, both liquid and sprayed both outside door frames that fixed it, but am still paying $3 a month for pest control. A bigger issue are the add-ons per month ($13 for valet garbage whether you use it or not) and $3 for package drop off service (which I use all the time) plus $3 parking, plus water, sewer for me it adds up to nearly $100 a month and $1450/month in reality is $1550. My biggest complaint is the front gate. All of us are getting 10x the deliveries we used to, and there is no code for the gate. You have to take your fob in but only one phone can be attached to it, it is such a pain many residents have no code and PATIENT delivery people just follow someone in, but if we are going to allow that, then just leave the gate open in the day time, MesaPD is our next door neighbor. OR send us all a gate code. We have one for the package pickup. Besides that, I really like the apartment-- it's big and sunny. I am on first floor and I never hear my neighbors through the walls (outside you can hear). I work online very early in the morning and have asked neighbors if they can hear me talking at 3 am, and they say no, so I don't think the noise complaints are valid. "Beautiful Apartments!!! I can only speak of my experience moving here. They recently opened a new building a few weeks back, the leasing staff has been very kind & accommodating. My place is beautiful and well built. I’ve experienced no issues and the community seems quiet and pretty full. Couple minor things I’ve noticed though. 1. Front gates can be a hassle for guests coming in, you either have to tail gate someone who lives here or try to figure out the pin pad thing which has an endless lists of names 2. I meticulously read all of the previous reviews and have noticed some crickets outside at night but it is monsoon season and they really weren’t a nuisance. 3. The complex is very full and I have noticed a few sketchy looking people walking around so if you remember to lock your doors and look both ways you should be fine! (the Mesa Police Station is literally like 500 feet to the west). I look forward to spending the next year here!"
