"best rental i’ve ever had! love this community with endless benefits + amenities. only knocked off a star for parking and price. there’s been numerous times I can’t find an open spot anywhere on the weekends… not really sure what to do in those cases. the first time it happened u ended up parking in one of the numerous disabled spots that are usually open and was towed by the complex.. the only other option is to pay for a spot in the back of the complex nowhere near my apartment"

"The leasing agents and management are really professional and helpful and I'm so glad I stopped in to check this place out after driving by it so many times. I had another place already picked out but changed my mind after a quick 10 minute tour and moved in here 3 days later. Everything went really smoothly. Property is very tidy and classy, great amenities, and you can step out of the back gate for hiking with amazing sunset views daily. Maintenance was also very responsive for a minor electrical issue. Great experience all around, highly recommend."

"The apartment complex is nice; however, I had a negative experience when I moved out. They charged me an additional $800 for cleanup and the removal of the TV mount I had installed, which is understandable. The problem was that they never notified me about the outstanding balance. I received a letter from a collections agency over 9 months later, stating that I owed money to Roadrunner Apartments. I was willing to pay, but it's unacceptable that they never attempted to contact me after my move-out, despite having my new address and phone number. I highly recommend following up with them when you move out to ensure there are no unexpected charges during the post-inspection. The collections issue, which I have already paid, is now affecting my credit score, creating challenges as I'm currently in the process of trying to buy a house."

"I have been a resident for about 6 months now and have loved my time here. Management has been great and easy to work with. There are frequent and fun resident events that are hosted in the main lobby. The property is maintained very well and cleaned frequently. The maintenance team has completed any needed fixes in a timely manner and is very responsive. I would live here again and recommend the place to anyone looking."
