"Excellent location to get around Tempe without a car."
"A great place to live in Tempe! Super convenient, close to shopping, restaurants groceries and both the street car, orbit, Tempe Valley Metro Transit Center city buses and light rail. The floorplans are the most affordable to comparisons in the area and management is very responsive."
"This review is a year overdue but I still have trauma over my experience living here. Issues I dealt with while living here to help someone avoid this place in the future: -AC leaking which caused the drywall to melt off the ceiling (see photo, it got worse) due to after multiple repair attempts that involved vacuuming out the bathroom sink drain instead of replacing the unit. This later caused mold on my rugs due to so much water leaking from the ceiling. -Men knocking on my bedroom window at night -The septic tank backing up which caused water to come out of the toilet base and sewage to come up through the bathtub. It took 4 hours for someone to be sent when it happened to an entire building (second photo) -Apartment was filled with a sulfur smell anytime the washer or dishwasher was used. -My apartment being leased out with no communication to me and giving me 4 days to find a new home. Upon my move out the manager didn't even show up so I had to throw my key through the mail slot-- I never was contacted about getting my security deposit back despite almost becoming homeless. Office hours were only 9-11am mon-fri so going in person was impossible to resolve this issue. Management may be different now, in the two years I lived here there were two managers, but please be wary."
"This place is a joke, honestly. The business hours are a complete and total lie, because I PROMISE you that no matter what time you come to the office, they WILL be closed. I've only lived here for a few weeks and every single time I try to go to the office (about 5 times now), no one is there. The real kicker is that no one is there to answer the phone in case of a maintenance emergency, but you can't call the after-hours emergency maintenance team either, because it's during business hours! I've had a giant hole in the shower ceiling that has been there pretty much since I moved in because nobody will bother to come back and fix it, so every time I shower I must first clean the debris that has fallen. Wouldn't recommend this place to any living, breathing human being. Rent is way too high for the complete and total lack of professionalism you're going to receive."
"Pros: Right behind the complex you have a Food City and a Family Dollar. Plus quite a few restaurants and coffee houses within walking distance. Light rail is on the corner, there’s also a gym and other fun stuff down the street. Manager is a kind man that lives on the property and the complex is small, so you’ll probably get to know your neighbors right away. Washer and dryer in the unit. Cons: It’s not a gated community and there are many transients in that area. More than once I found a stranger passed out by the mailboxes and the dumpster. And one of my neighbors was nice enough to confront a strange man that he caught looking in my windows. I had to get a home security system as a result. Washer and dryer is a small stackable so not a lot can be done at once. Paper thin walls. No pantry, very small kitchen. I lived on the bottom floor and water came through the windows and kitchen ceiling during our monsoon season. Communication with and from manager can be iffy at times. One time he just walked in to my unit with a contractor without any forewarning. Bugs can be a problem. And again, it is a small complex so you’ll probably get to know your neighbors right away. The good and the bad. Price keeps going up. You can probably find more bang for your buck elsewhere."
