"update: of course they leave the same cut and dry template on every review. THEY DONT CARE. dog poop in the halls, BLOOD ON THE STAIRWELLS, my property was STOLEN from my personal garage, and the leasing staff is SO rude. hopefully they have parted ways with some of the leasing staff. they YELLED IN MY FACE and straight up told me “i have nothing to say to you” when i tried to bring a problem to their attention. they treat the office like high school which im sure that’s when they peaked. cheap apartments for how expensive they are. you can hear what your neighbors cook, and what their talking about. nothing is ever clean and quite frankly the halls always REEKED. resident will just throw their trash anywhere and it never gets cleaned. to a point where i had ants!! stay FAR FAR away. you can get so much nicer for the price somewhere else."

"Don't threaten people to delete the review. Hope you really feel sorry for what I PERSONALLY suffer. This is hilarious to see that they want people to come to the office to talk about their concerns instead of giving reviews here! Are your leasing agents really willing to talk? Especially to us POLITELY? The ladies started to shouting at us before we talked. She said “how dare you speak to me? You are not a resident!” Is that something we are supposed to hear as a human being? Before residents really wants to share the concerns, she calls the police after she shouted. Next time you call the police to file a report, please allow me to provide the officer with the video evidences you shouted with no real human respect."

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS APARTMENT BUILDING!!! My experience at this apartment complex has been terrible. From flooding to coming back to sewage backup coming out of my sink, neither the maintenance team or the leasing office hasn’t been of much help, telling me on many cases they couldn’t do anything to help. Had to move out of this smelly apartment but still paying the rent until the end of the lease. Furthermore, having rented before we all know that there is a 60 days notice policy. KNOWING SO, I called in 2 months PRIOR to the ending of my lease asking if I COULD BE SENT A FORM to fill (all other properties have it) and was told on the phone by a leasing agent that everything was confirmed and he would mark the date to the system for me and no further actions would be needed. HOWEVER, I was still hit with an extra month in charges that included month to month fees totaling 2330$ for a one bedroom. I talked to the leasing office once again and they were incredibly rude and wasn’t willing to help at all. You sent me nothing to sign and tricked me into Month by Month rent until who knows when. This is unacceptable. I hope everyone can be aware of what they are doing and avoid it happening to you."

"I got all the following welcome home package as I moved in. Really happy, especially all these black gunk in my washing machine. Was told all these are just 'normal wear'. Guess it is some really well aging washing machine I got here. Btw, all these water scale on the faucet are added for your bones"
