"DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Listen to all 1 star reviews. ALL GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE. Before this review, 21 reviews were added on 01/18/24 and there’s just no way that all of them are 5 stars. Isn’t it suspicious that 21 people just wrote good reviews in one day when there would only be 1-3 one star honest reviews every month before that. The staff are very awful and not helpful when all they do is reply emails. The management is also very poor. All of them don’t do anything and does not care to make the apartment feel home and better. My friend used to be a community concierge for 6 months and they were told to make the residents write good reviews during activities like scavenger hunt and other boring activities before giving the prizes. So I doubt it that 21 people would just leave 5 star reviews in one day. I’m pretty sure the staff made those fake accounts and wrote the reviews themselves. I agree with one of the 1 star reviews that the staff are just a pick me sorority/fraternity children who thinks they know what they’re doing. The place is always a mess, it always smells bad. The lobby smells trash every night and all the air scent diffusers are not helping at all, it just making it worse so you guys should do something about that. The valet trash DO NOT pick up all trash when it’s not in a bin and not all units got a bin and they also just leave the big trash like where are we supposed to throw them when the trash rooms are locked so every hallway on each floor smells garbage. Management should really do something about that too! Atleast one of the elevators is always down every week and take weeks to repair them. Another main issue is there’s always a problem with hot water, sometimes there’s no hot water at all and they would shut it down for days. The amenities cleanliness is also bad and rooftop always smells really bad. When there’s a tenant throwing a party so late, they won’t do anything about the noise complaints when we you call them. And when there’s missing packages (which happens all the time because some couriers just leave the packages outside the lockers in the mailroom) they won’t even bother to check the cameras because they do not care at all! Wifi is also very poor and slow. Another issue, the staff and maintenance would just come in to units anytime they want. Overall, this place is trash, rates are overpriced and NOT WORTH IT SO DO NOT SIGN HERE! There’s more problems in this property I haven’t mentioned because of how the staff and management handle things, it’s just keep getting worse everyday. You won’t feel safe living in this apartment, doors are always unlocked so anyone just walk in off the street and I know a lot of people who doesn’t even live in oliv use the amenities and rooftop pool because they can get in easily and don’t need a key. Both parking garage gates also used to be open 24/7. To oliv staff and management, do not even copy and paste “We don't ever ask for good reviews or compensate for reviews.” from your replies to bad reviews because that’s just another lie. One of my roommates found one of the clovers during St. Patrick’s scavenger hunt and one of the staff asked her to leave a google review while he was getting the gift card prize. This is an honest review from a resident and this should give an idea for people that thinking about signing in this property SIGN AND LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE that really feels home, if you want a good and affordable unit, has a security, has better amenities, and has the best staff and management because that is NOT oliv!"

"I came to visit my little sister that lives here and the Oliv is one of the cleanest apartment complexes I have ever been too! The staff were friendly and helpful when I asked about parking. I have lived in my fair share of apartments and wish I could find something like this place for myself. If I could give it 10 stars I would."

"When touring for apartments I found that this place was right for me for a few reasons. 1. Overall nice gym with just about everything you need that is open 24/7 2. super nice view to look at the sunset every evening. 3. Perfect location, Right by campus so walking is quicker then driving and its also located right in the heart of downtown Tempe on Mill ave so the option to go out with friends is very accessible and theirs no need to uber since its right out your door. 4. Nice hot tub and pool set up on roof. 5. Front desk Staff is always nice and informative. 6. good community of friendly people living here that invite me to hang out all the time. 7. Overall good sound proofing, my roommate snores but him sleeping across the apartment from me with both our doors closed makes him silent. 8. Valet trash, You just gotta leave the trash out your door and they grab it, sometimes they don't show up on time but its overall a pretty convenient luxury. All in all, this place is everything I could've wanted while looking for an apartment. It may be pricey, it does have some issues including the slow elevators but it works well with me as a student. and comparing it to other spots my friends live at I'm glad to call it home."
