"Had a solid experience with move in! I’ve been living here for about a week and a half, and the staff was helpful and answered my questions. They contacted me before move in to make sure the flooring in the unit was okay with me, and provided solid customer service. There was an issue with a door in my unit, and they let me know the steps they’d taken before moving in to fix it as well. Great move in process, will update if anything changes"
"DO NOT RENT HERE! I have lived here for almost a year with the worst maintenance issues. I have had more months with broken appliances than with working appliances. I have had a service request in for almost 6 months now for my dishwasher and it has not been fixed. We also do not have a working washer and dryer and when they told us it would take a week for the part to come in, after the week was up I requested an update and they informed me they told someone to order the part so they haven’t even ordered the part!!! I have called the office and they don’t do anything. They have called me to tell me that I just have to wait! These are amenities that I pay for!!! I could have gotten a cheaper apartment if I didn’t want the use of my appliances. It has been since September 2023 since I have had use of my dishwasher and I moved in May 2023. Recently they were doing some work in another unit in my building and all of a sudden we start smelling something that smells like paint thinner and I immediately start getting lightheaded. I put in an emergency service request because I had to vacate my apartment because I felt like passing out from the smell. It was circulating through our vents and we don’t have a working screen door or bedroom window so we could not open everything up to air it out without letting a ton of bugs in. I work from home so I don’t have the option to just leave my apartment. When they came to inspect they told me it’s just the other apartment and there’s nothing they can do. I had to spend almost $100 to buy an air purifier that helped clear the air since it was coming through the vents so I could continue to stay in my home. I thought it couldn’t get any worse, but the next day I go to take a shower before running out the door after work and I don’t have any running water! I call the office and don’t hear back until the next day!! It seems they turned off the water to the building to work on the same unit they have been remodeling. But they didn’t bother to tell the tenants or give us any heads up. I had to pack a bag and go to the gym in order to shower. I should not have to leave my home in order to do normal activities that my home should be able to accommodate. So do not rent here! Not worth the headache."
"DO NOT RENT HERE, RUN RUN RUN! My elderly mother rented an apartment here for the year and her experience was horrible. Where to begin? First, the front office staff. The woman in the front office is one of the most rude, abrasive human beings I have ever encountered, the fact that she is the first interaction with every tenant is one of the worst first impressions of this business. However, the first impression is consistent with what you will get at this apartment. My mom told me about this person and how rude, abrupt and difficult of a human she is to work with. I thought she was exaggerating. But when my mother moved out, which we could not WAIT to get her out of this hell hole, I had to interact with this same woman, and I could not believe her attitude. It was everything in me not to absolutely blow up at her. Understand if you rent here, you will be dealing with one of the most difficult human beings to have a conversation with you could imagine, and you will have to interact with her often. Second. The apartment itself on the service looks reasonably nice, and the grounds appear to have nice amenities, pool, common areas etc. However, after moving her in and visiting my mom on a regular basis I begin to notice that this entire complex is full of dog feces. Dog owners do not clean up after their pets, and the complex sure does not help. It is quite disgusting. Third. My mom's apartment had constant issues, and good luck getting maintenance to do, anything! The apartment had a very random electrical issue, where the power would randomly cut out, and leave my mom in total darkness. I experienced this one night when I was at her place watching, TV. The entire apartment lost power. I went to check the breakers, and they had no been tripped. After about 30 minutes the power randomly came back on. I asked my mom about this and she said this happens REGULARLY. She notified maintenance about this, and guess what they did? Absolutely nothing. So for the entire year my mom was in an apartment with a very clear electrical problem, and had to live in a place that lost power multiple times a week. Fourth. The electrical problems did not stop there. My mom could not run her treadmill in her bedroom without killing the power. I told her to try turning off lights that might be on the same circuit as her treadmill, but it didn't work. Her bedroom light would also have a delayed turned on off after flipping the switch, and would flicker. Overall, it is so clear that the wiring and electrical of this unit is faulty, and maintenance gave ZERO concern to try and troubleshoot and resolve the problem. Fifth. My mom's oven would not hold consistent temperature. She tried to cook several dishes that were ruined because of the bad oven. Sixth. The garbage disposal outlet under the sink was shorting and her garbage disposal would not work. She put in a work request for this, NOTHING. I actually came over and installed a new outlet, and fixed the garbage disposal for her, because maintenance did NOTHING. Seventh. This place absolutely lied about their pricing. BAIT AND SWITCH, RENTER BEWARE. Eighth. Upon moving out my mom received all kinds of random charges, which she paid, yet for some reason they actually called the co-signer to try and collect $40 for some unseen charge, which we still could not determine where it came from. When I sat down with their office staff I asked them to give me an itemized sheet of all expenses, but got a bunch of song and dance about how they don't have access to that on their computers, or whatever. SO, after moving my mom into this place we almost immediately we regretted it, and could not WAIT to break the lease and move out of this horrible place. Dog soaked, bad staff, electrical issues, no maintenance, dishonest pricing, nickel and diming expenses. DO NOT RENT, if you already have a lease, GET OUT WHILE YOU STILL CAN!"
"Please stay away, these apartments are very bad. Many in home appliances don’t work. Maintenance can’t fix anything without approval. Many residents are very unhappy about the upkeep. They blame it on a change of management but I don’t care what caused it. I just think people should stay away until they become a much better business."
