"We lived here for a little over a year and it was probably the worst year of our lives. We have lived in multiple other apartment complexes in different states, but this has to have been the worse. These are not luxury apartments, whatsoever. All the appliances look like they’re from the 90s. The 3 large windows in the living/dining area make the apartment so sweltering hot that AC does not even help. We were told we had to remove a shoe storage rack off our porch as it was “trashy” and “furniture” was not allowed outside, but if you take one walk around this complex, you’ll find trash cans, litter boxes, mops, brooms, pianos, BBQs, lawn chairs, etc on porches. We also were told our car was abandoned because it developed a cob web on one of the tires. I was pregnant at the time and had not been working so I didn’t need to move my car daily, but apparently I had abandoned it. They threatened to tow our vehicle that was parked in OUR designated parking spot. Yet, there was a purple Vespa with a flat tire and dust all over it sitting in the parking lot for 11 months before it got towed. There is also no noise ordinance rules or any rules/regulations on the size and weight of animals. We had a 50+ pound dog move in above us that the owner would play ball with until 3am. Management never did anything about it. We were miserable. They didn’t care. Gates are always broken. They leave the front gates open all the time so it is basically not a gated community. Good luck moving here."
"I've lived here for over 2 years and I have to say this place has gone severely downhill since Greystar took over. Not a lot of issues with bugs / insects compared to other buildings, however the maintenance teams response time is god awful. I have been without a kitchen light for over 10 days now with no feedback from management on when a replacement will be available. They said it was because a lack of inventory, which is another issue in itself that the management company does not have extra maintenance items for tenants. The front office was very friendly when I first moved in but now all I get from the front office is excuses on the issues we see constantly rising up. The pool was dark green for months before a sign was even put up for tenants to be warned its unsafe to swim in it. The front and side gates are constantly broken, being an issue for a "Luxury Gated Community"... The apartments themselves are severely outdated as well. I cant describe a single apartment as "Luxury" that's for sure... I highly recommend looking into other apartment complex's in the area, this one is not the best."
"I can no longer remember how many years ago it was when I lived here. Before moving out, I personally confirmed that all fees were settled before I left. Since leaving there, I have completed two undergraduate degrees, and I'm almost finished with my recent graduate studies... Yet, they keep contacting me and my husband during these years, claiming that I owe them cleaning fees... They have been harassing us for years, and we truly don't owe them any fees... and they have also been back and forth on the authenticity of the bill, they can be verifying the bill for a month, put a hold and void on it and came back to claim they still need to collect it."
"The apartments are reasonably nice. Giving it 2 stars because the resident service is pretty bad. When I moved in the dishwasher was all messed up and leaked water all underneath the sink - like a LOT of water. It's never run very well. The gates are frequently broken and either left open at all times or don't open at all. The online payment portal sucks and I have been dinged with late fees because the portal was messed up and no one notified me - not so much as an email. Not the worst place I've ever lived, but I wouldn't recommend it based on the level of communication and service compared with rent."
"I’ve experienced nothing but exceptional service here at home. The property is always clean, very peaceful, and for me there’s more than enough amenities to enjoy. Our maintenance staff is super friendly and helpful, I’ve been serviced by Kenny almost every time there is a issue and he fixes literally everything, thank you so much for your integrity. The dog park always has green grass, the gym always smell fresh/sanitized with a full room of equipment, and let’s mention the sauna:) The management team host family events within our community often which helps us neighbors get acquainted. This property is for sure the place to live if you are looking for a safe and happy place to call home! ❤️ Absolutely love it here!"
