"I’ve been living here for 2 years and the Manager she’s been doing better! But they do need to update these apartments inside the complex not outside! Every apartment inside does not look the same ones can look nicer than others. There not worth the 1000 something for a one bedroom apartments and yes there is hardly any parking. But overall yes no one bothers & ive been fine where I’m at people upstairs have been awesome when it come to noise & I do want to thank you for maintenance when I need something there here!"

"They could handle noise complaints a little more seriously. I've been here for several months now, I already gave up and can't wait to move when my lease is up. After trying to email the main office, writing letters and even calling the police, I'm tired. I mean I can't speak for everybody so if you like crying children and mariachi music 'til 2am, you'll be fine. Also my car got damaged while parked in my assigned parking spot (no surveillance btw), so if you're looking for "personality" you'll be fine too."

"THE OFFICE MANAGER (❤️MISHELL) HAD ME APPROVED FOR A STUDIO APARTMENT IN 30 MINUTES ON JUNE 12TH 2019 I RECEIVED A HOUSING VOUCHER ON JUNE 6 2019...AT THE END OF THE ONLINE APPLICATION..I DID PAY $35 FOR APPL FEE. HOWEVER I COULDN'T TAKE THE APARTMENT BECAUSE CHANDLER HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM SAID I WAS OVER MY ALLOTMENT AMOUNT. I HELD A 1 PERSON VOUCHER IT WAS $913 AND MY ONLY INCOME IS SSI.....I THINK THE STUDIO WAS $785 + TAX = $827 ANNNNND TENANT HAS TO PAY 2 SEPARATE UTILITIES BILLS.... "GAS & ELECTRIC" ITS EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND SECTION 8 HOUSING IN CHANDLER AZ. EITHER NO ONE IS PARTICIPATING ANYMORE OR THE PARTICIPATING LANDLORDS WANT NEGOTIATE THE RENT..SO YOU CAN BE ACCEPTED!"

"DO NOT LIVE HERE. The people in the office are miserable and nosy. There’s nowhere to park. If you park anywhere they tow your car. I would give negative stars if I could. I will be making a few calls to get the people running this joint FIRED."
