I got a fridge with no. Bottom shelf and told them , they didn’t care, *the shower nobs is cheaply made so kinda hard to turn the water off * 1 bedroom was $1350 a month & it end up bei. $1380 which is bad, next month rent was $1515…like waaaa *this place is dangerous to live cause there a cartel and infested with roaches and if they want to can mess up your credit ….DONT GO!"

"Work orders to fix things in your apartment can take weeks for anyone to show up and when they do they only temporarily fix it so that you get to email them again asking for another work order on the same issue a week later. It seems that they dont want to shell out any extra $$$ to fix things they know are broken in your apartment."

"My grandmother lives in this apartment complex and our family stay with her on occasion since she is elderly. We spent 3 days with her and within that short time 2 of us were hospitalized on different days due to mold induced seizures. Beware of these health hazards as they are no joking matter. Management was notified when a leak occured and never took care of the water damage which is causing our family health issues that have been documented and confirmed by 2 different doctors. Nothing is worth the cost of your health so I advise everyone to stay away from this place. Also if your vehicle gets a flat tire they will tow it. My tire couldn't have been flat for more than 5 hours and they had my vehicle towed. Seeing roaches is usually a daily occurrence. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Management is a joke and they are vindictive."

"Good place to live !! Never had a roach inside but I did see them outside (not by my house but in the actual complex) Pool hours are like 9am-9pm Had a 2 bed 2 bath for like 1600 all included"

"I’m 19, moved in with a buddy in October, not everything is perfect, but it truly is a great floor plan, I haven’t seen cockroaches or mice, our drains do leak a tab bit, but it really doesn’t bother me all that much, our utility bills are usually under $50 and honesty our Ac/Heater works fine! Don’t take these reviews by local Karen’s and grumpy single dudes, This place is great, the workers are always respectful if you show them the same respect!"
