"Family owned and operated since 1991. Completely renovated featuring new AC, dual pane windows, hardwood and berber flooring, designer ceiling fans, open plan kitchen/living room combinations, new appliances, etc., All homes face our beautiful landscaped courtyard and deep diving pool with poolside fireplace for those cooler fall evenings. Located adjacent to vibrant Old Town Scottsdale shops, art galleries, Scottsdale Entertainment District and just south of Camelback and trendy Fashion Square Mall, many of our guests have with been with us 8-10 years and counting. Check out the Photo Gallery at the web site."
"AC was out for over 7 days in the middle of June. I spent most of the time in the pool. Unfortunately because it really is FAMILY owned and operated, they were relying on their old man to fix it. He could barely walk let alone be mister fix it, it was awful. I was on the north side which provided gorgeous views, but that summer really ruined it for us. Renter beware!! I had clothes stolen from the washer and my bike was stolen because they said I had to keep it locked up downstairs in the hall, not in the apartment itself!"
