"It’s almost been a year since I moved to Overture Arcadia. It was the best decision I could have made. Moving here to be close to my daughter and family, I knew no one in the area. Everyone is so friendly here, making friends is easy. I now have wonderful friends to spend time with. Pickle ball, swimming, yoga, aquatic and fitness classes plus more are available to keep me active. When I need to take it easy, my apartment is a comfortable retreat. The jacuzzi really hits the spot after one of the many classes that are offered as well as playing pickleball. There is a great putting green to practice at while using one of the 2 barbecues. Additionally, you are centrally located to Sky Harbor Airport when you want to take a weekend getaway, only minutes away. Down the street you have Old Town Scottsdale. Whether it be antique shopping, fantastic food spots or just people watching, its all here! Mark and staff go out of their way to help to make your life "easy".... "I am a busy full time travel professional and I love living at Overture Arcadia. It's a little slice of luxury. I have some truly wonderful neighbors who are now friends and family.! We have daily/weekly gatherings, movie nights, fitness classes and so much more.. The heated pool and hottub are my favorite places to wind down. There is always something to do, even if it's just sitting in the club house drinking coffee or sipping wine with friends. I also like walking the neighborhood, or down the canal trail to Old Towne Scottsdale. When i have to travel for work or leisure, i just lock up and go. My apartment is safe and secure. I always cherish coming hone. Mark and his staff are so easy to work with. They are helpful and friendly.
