"My first couple month in this complex were a little difficult, the maintenance man was horrible and didn’t do his job. But since the new manager arrived things have been gradually getting better and the old maintenance man has been replaced with guys who actually do their job. I’m satisfied with the effort and quickness that they have been displaying lately and jack in the front office makes sure he reaches out to either schedule maintenance or check to make sure the job was done correctly. Thanks"

"One of the slowest functioning maintenance service, or perhaps never functioning. There is some problem with every appliance, be it AC, be it washer and dryer. The flooring is not good, the drawers don’t fit well. Our electricity bill is going up everyday because of the faulty appliances. The AC didn’t work for 15 days in arizona and there is no kind of compensation for that. We are unable to contact the manager and the leasing office doesn’t care much. They just asked to leave when the lease ended. I would give a 0 rating. Wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone."

"I highly recommend these apartments. The staff is very professional and kind and helped make the move-in process stress-free. My boyfriend and I entered into the raffle the apartment complex was hosting upon move in and we won a 50” TV. Jack the leasing agent was an absolute sweetheart and helped me carry it back to my house."

"This place is totally unprofessional and the appliances do not function properly. I have been requesting a replacement washer and dryer for over a month now that I actually pay for $50 a month. It hasn’t worked since I moved in 6 months ago and they have yet to solve the problem. Wouldn’t recommend."
