"Sometimes you have to request maintenance 2-3 times for the same thing. They ignore it or mark it as complete even if nothing was done. Manager is not friendly AT ALL and has an attitude. If you are getting home after 5pm, chances are you won’t find parking and have to park outside the gate. When we moved in we were promised a clean apt , to our surprise it was very dirty and kitchen cabinets had a lot of dead cockroaches. Yet right before we moved out they told us we were still responsible for cleaning the apt regardless of how it was when we first moved in."
