"Mira Monte is AMAZING! My sister and I moved in over a month ago and we love it here. I recently graduated from ASU and moved to Scottsdale to be closer to mine and my sister's jobs. Everything imaginable is a 5-10 minute drive away (Scottsdale Fashion Square, restaurants, grocery stores, Target, gyms, Chaparral park etc.). I think it is super great that people of all ages live in this community. Everyone I've encountered has been extremely friendly! My neighbors have been quiet and respectful too which is a plus. I've had such terrible experiences living in apartments throughout college (roaches, rude neighbors, feeling unsafe) but living at Mira Monte is like a dream. From what I understand, this complex was built in the 80's, but you couldn't tell. Everything from the appliances, to the flooring/carpet, even the closets, are updated! Our unit had that nice new carpet smell when we walked in and was super clean. Our balcony has a gorgeous view of the pool and the mountains which I love. And the french doors leading to the balcony was such a selling point for us! I believe it's a pretty good price point for the location you're getting. Maintenance is amazing and all other employees have been great as well. Overall, this is a very wholesome community and has made my transition from college life to working life so much easier. "I like living here and will probably sign a new lease. The grounds and green space areas are well kept. The main walkway down the middle is nicely landscaped with different colored flowers and shrubs. I can contact the maintenance crew (Brian and Chris) directly since they walk the grounds every day, and tell them about issues and suggestions. When I submit a work request, which is not very often, they jump right on it. The residents are friendly and people pick up after their dogs. Location is good also."

"Have lived at Miramonte Apartments for around 2 years and couldn't recommend it more! The maintenance and office staff are kind and respectful of the residents and the property. The grounds are very well maintained and any maintenance issues you may have are addressed ASAP. The location is great, have always felt safe and the 101 is less than 5 minutes away."
