"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They purposely left out when my move out inspection would be. I had to call 5 times to get an appointment setup. The Nickle and dime you on your move out deposit so I made sure it was perfect. And they made me wait the full 14 days before the refunded it. It's almost been a month since I moved out and I haven't received my deposit back yet. Not to mention the rain damage that was there for months. And the damage from the the installers that I had to make sure to get a move out meeting for so I wasn't charged for it. Management is impossible to get ahold of unless you're late or you threaten them with the SEC/FHA. Zendoor is a horrible company and Management to lease from. Their maintenance manager was trying to tell.me they would hold my security deposit if I didn't clean well enough. Which wasnt in contract. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They have a solid "hands off" policy it seems. And are really sketchy."

"Moved in the beginning of November and almost nothing worked in the apartment. They fixed the important stuff but we still have a missing light fixture, huge scratch on the kitchen floor, and water damage from a broken gutter outside. These were all here before we moved in and I’m extremely concerned it will come out of our deposit. A lady texts me and asks about what i need done but recently when I reply, I’m ignored."
