"Can I just say how amazing summit is. I have lived here almost 4 years and the sense of community this complex has its pretty impressive. The staff are just as wonderful Jaquie who had leased me my first apartment has always helped me out and am thankful for all she does for me the other girl who is A GEM is Cynthia. This girl is so sweet, kind, genuine, she answers any questions or concerns I have and her level of professionalism is outstanding, plus I love her outfits always very trendy and professional at best. You ladies are amazing! Thanks for making this a great community to live in."

"Cynthia and Jackie (the employees who helped me with the application process) are two of the nicest women you'll ever meet. Cynthia gave me a tour of the grounds and showed me the ins and outs of the complex. Both helped me with the application process and answered my annoying calls regarding my approval LOL. I was relieved when I was approved and living here has been a dream come true and these two lovely ladies helped me out with everything and answer any of my questions regarding Summit at San Marcos. Conveniently located right next to downtown Chandler and a really clean, well kept community. Come check out this place if you need a new place to live. Believe me, you wont be disappointed!"

"i lived here for two years and i could not say enough good things about it. originally from the midwest, i did extensive research on apartments before i flew out to look. i came out for 4 days and had back to back viewings the entire time. except i didn’t. this was the last stop on my first day and i knew immediately that my search was over. the complex itself is beautiful and well maintained! i’ve never had any complaints about the grounds or amenities at all. smells great all the time? music by the pool. direct view of the golf course. beautiful sunsets. ping pong. 9 panel TV. rooftop deck. rotunda room. business center. valet trash. cornhole. putting green. firepits. grills galore. seriously the first month i lived here i kept referring to it as “the hotel” cause it was just so luxurious it was hard to remember that i actually lived here. the community helps with that though! all the residents are so kind, i’ve made friends of all ages in my two years here! everyone is pretty social, a lot of us know each others name. THE STAFF knows our names. im really trying to keep this short, but Jacquie is absolutely amazing. you can tell she genuinely loves and cares for this community. she made me feel so comfortable in my move and i knew that if i ever needed anything i could ask her. she is so in touch with her residents — she helped me rehome a kitten i found to another resident that had lost her cat. how SWEET is that! maintenance is so timely that i usually WAIT to put in requests cause i know they’ll show up within a day. the apartment themselves are beautiful! very sleek, high ceilings, great balconies, HUGE islands. great materials. my favorite apartment i’ve ever lived in. the location is great! short walk to downtown chandler shops and restaurants. close to the 101 and 202 and the mall. it really made me sad to have to move from this place, it was the first apartment i’ve ever had that truly felt like home. i highly recommend this community! Thank you to all the staff and the residents of Summit at San Marcos for making my transition to Arizona comfortable ❤️✨"

"I can't say enough about the staff here. From the time we moved in, I felt right at home in this community. Jacquie, Crystal and Cynthia are always responsive, always welcoming and truly care about you as a resident. Anytime you see them around they'll greet you with a smile and take interest in what's going on with you and your day. They are the best office staff I've ever had the pleasure of living under. The maintenance staff is also top notch. A few months after moving in, we had a roof leak during a massive storm that came through the area. It was 4:30 am and I heard water dripping in the living room so I gave Joe, the maintenance manger, a ring. He was there within 30 minutes with trash cans and helped me get everything out of the way so they could fix, which they did in a very prompt and professional manner. Joe is the freaking man! At the end of the day, the apartments are nice, it's super walkable to downtown, the community is friendly and you couldn't ask for a better staff to engage with on the day to day. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could."

"Literally toured more than 20 apartment communities and houses for rent near Chandler before deciding on Summit at San Marcos. I would have given 5 stars, but since I have two vehicles and cannot rent a garage with the carport had to give them 4. I’ll have to drive around when using my personal vehicle to find an open spot which is a major inconvenience. With that said, the leasing agent, Cynthia, was professional and really took the time during our tour to show me all of the amenities as well as several units. My new apartment overlooking San Marcos golf course is great and I cannot wait to move in October 29th!"
