"The apartment grounds are well taken care of. The amenities are great and all of the staff members are friendly and helpful when needed. Highly recommend Greenspoint at Paradise Valley!"
"I lived here a few years and finally didn’t renew again. Pros: - Maintenance team is mostly good. Most problems get fixed quick. - The grounds are mostly kept clean, except for the dumpsters (see below) and residents who don’t clean up after their dogs. Cons: - Not a day went by my walls weren’t rattling from the sound of the neighbors watching TV or playing video games both one and two stories below me. I’d say that’s a mix of both poor building insulation/construction and people’s inconsideration. It gets maddening and was a main driver for me to not renew. - Like several other reviewers note, plumbing and water heater issues are a constant problem. Alliance Plumbing must make a fortune off this place. Seems they can’t go more than a few weeks without a water shutoff. Not as noticeable if you aren’t home during the day, but very noticeable for work-from-home or retired folks. - Management is hypocritical about the “beautification” standards: They’re quick to threaten tenants with fines if anything isn’t up to code on their patio/balcony or windows. Yet the dumpsters by my building overflowed with garbage 2-3 days each week and nothing is done about it. So a tenant can get fined if a glimpse of the wrong color blinds are in their window; but a trash mountain seen by all residents and those driving by on 42nd St is totally fine. How does that make sense? - While I liked the maintenance team overall, some fixes were kinda half-a**. Such as getting a used part for a repair and being told it’d get replaced with a new one when it comes in, then never get a follow up about the new part. Or jamming something back into place but not using screws to properly secure it because “we don’t have those screws anymore”."
"If I could give the office and maintenance staff alone a review, they would get 5 stars. Maintenance is always kind and helpful, and the office staff are all so easy to work with and will make sure your issues are addressed in a timely manner. The downside is there are constant issues with the unit. I've been here for 6 months now and I've had water shutoffs, the unit above mine flooded and caused our kitchen to flood, and the plumbing backed up causing my sink to shoot out nasty liquid all over my kitchen. The gates are also constantly breaking, locking residents out overnight. For over 2k a month, it is not worth it to renew my lease. I appreciate maintenance always being there, even on New Year's eve, to fix problems but there shouldn't be so many in the first place."
"Lived at Greenspoint for almost a year. Maintenance staff is amazing! The premises and pool is cleaned everyday rain or shine. The front office staff was also great, they were all very accommodating with any issues I had. The only downside I would say would be the plumbing issues they have. They’re constantly having to call the plumbers and water will be shut off for a couple hours sometimes to fix the issue. Other than that I would’ve stayed had it not been for the constant badgering of our downstairs neighbors about the footsteps from our kids. They almost got us evicted for the noise complaints, even after having talked to them about the issue in a civil manner. They too have kids and would assume they would empathize. Living in apartments you will hear your neighbors, that’s a given."
