"We’re excited to see the property managers doing some upgrades to the property as well as more resident contests, activities and socials. These really help add a nice engagement dynamic to the community. There are still a few things that can be done to help utilize the common spaces better: like adding outlets in the lounge areas for electronic use and reconfiguring the gym equipment to make it more useful, adding more mirrors downstairs, adding another set of basic dumbbells upstairs etc. The responsiveness of the staff and the quality of the property it still quite high. A happy resident of two+ years."
