"I wanted to wait to write my review until after I’ve been living here for awhile. It’s been almost a year now and i can honestly say it’s been a very pleasant experience.The maintenance here is incredible, if you need anything in your apartment fixed, it’s done by the next day. The office always responds to questions promptly. The property manager is very sweet and leaves all units small gifts for holidays, and sometimes just to be nice. This week he sent every unit a free pizza from TJ’s. The grounds are kept clean. Rent is affordable for the area. Tj’s pizza and circle k are within walking distance, right next door, which is super convenient. Honestly have nothing bad to say, and now I see why people don’t really move out of this place."

"Just moved into the complex and I love our new home. The manager Felipe is just amazing. He is very down to earth and super accommodating. He makes the application process simple and easy. Complex is clean and neighbors are friendly. So glad we found this gem!"

"Absolutely love my apartment and management here at Mission Springs! I've been here 6 months and couldn't be happier! These unique apartments have arched doorways and beautiful tile floors...it doesn't feel like the typical "boxed in" apartments....feels very homey... and if you love landscaping and flowers like I do, you'll feel like you live at the botanical garden! :) The complex sits off the road and is very quiet. The location is perfect and sits right between the 101 and 51with the best of Scottsdale, Paradise Valley Mall and Desert View very close. Management and staff are very genuinely nice and caring people. No bugs, no noise... I can't say 1 bad thing about my new long term home!"
