"The property manager is completely unreasonable. My sister and her family lived here and went through a financial hardship that made it so that they could not pay rent for only 2 days after the first of the month. TWO days only, and the manager said she would not accept it, and told them they had to leave. Therefore, they have been living in my house for four months. They recently were able to apply to get into another apartment, but the property manager at this place gave a bad review to the new apartment, so they got denied. At all costs, avoid this place!!! This property manager is in the business of making families homeless. They have a small child, and my house is too small to house two families. This property manager is a liar and heartless, and because of her lies, my sister and her family can't get into a new apartment. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS KIND OF A PERSON!!! She's greedy and doesn't care anything about your welfare and your family. Besides that, the apartments are infested with roaches. You do not want to live here. ***Just found out that the property manager has put my sister in collections for $1800+. The lease was only $900 to begin with and the apartment was completely undamaged. She also kept the security deposit. What is wrong with this lady? Stay far away from this completely money hungry unscrupulous individual. You can find a better place to live."
