"I've lived here for about six months now and have had a really good experience. The staff in the leasing office are kind and personable, my unit is spacious and has nice features like a fireplace and large bedroom window with a seat. The kitchen is on the small side, but nice appliances. The community has good amenities, well kept pools, tennis court, dog park, etc. Importantly, the rent is still reasonable for Phoenix and the mountain views are nice to have. Some of the carpentry in my unit is kind of old and needing repairs, but maintenance has been responsive with the very few issues I've had. Would recommend!"

"Changing my review specifically due to Michelle, the property manager and Jon, the leasing consultant who signed me and my roommate, my tub has been torn since move in but after dealing with another manager (I believe) that didn’t do much Michelle was able to do everything for me and actually communicated with me and Jon has been absolutely amazing on answering any and all of my questions and concerns since I’ve toured the property."

"In many attempts to communicate, and resolve so many issues and safety problems, the staff at crestone has no desire to right their wrongs or fix mistakes. They even don’t know the correct residents living in the apts. The only concern is to collect the rising rent money every month. Highly recommend looking else where to call home. This place is extremely unsettling to live in. Their rules, contracts, leases, change on the daily with no communication, letters, phone calls, or emails sent out to tenants. My personal suggestion, for peace of mind. This is not a place to live comfortably and call home."

"I’ve been at Crestone for over three years and I’ve been in both the one bedroom and two bedroom units. My experience here has been positive. Staff are friendly, grounds are clean, amenities are great! I have never seen a roach in my apartment, maintenance is always on top of repairs, it’s in a quiet part of town that seems to be tucked away at the base of the mountain. The neighborhood is very friendly and central to good dining, parks, and grocery stores. It’s family friendly and I’ve enjoyed raising my son here since he was born."

"The front office team is a dream team! We had an issue with our apartment and to move quickly. They were so helpful and really decreased our stress. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The new owners care about their tenants and the community - they have made many improvements to the complex and answer service calls quickly. This is an amazing place to live."
