We all know who makes the most noise, and have the least respect for those around them. I’ll not be renewing my lease. Have fun managing “them”."

"Roach issue within 2 weeks of moving in. Office staff changes rapidly and they REFUSE to deal with roach issues. Woke up with several in my bed a couple hours ago. Beyond livid. They do not uphold the lease, there is a clause about finding bugs and needing to report within 3 days. Discovered during “clean out” that my surrounding neighbors are infested BUT NEVER reported. Apparently I am the “problem” child as I have been told on several occasions that I am the only one to complain."

"I lived here a year and a half; it was not bad at all but there are some things that can be improved. I was living on a second floor and there were leaks in the bathroom ceiling from day 1 to the last day, they repaired that several times, but I guess the drains and the building is too old. The administration was friendly, and they always repaired everything with a week wait period. I liked to live there because you have almost everything in a walking distance, but I guess I could not take the Junkies and the Weed smell anymore, and not to mention the roaches. Overall, I would not recommend it if you found a better option, but being fair, I guess every single complex is the same until you own a house."

"I have lived here for 2/12 years. When Baron Properties was the management company, it was beautiful. Now that Harbor Group Management has taken over, it has been a nightmare. The garbage has been piling up for a week... No explanation why. The pool which used to be cleaned and crystal clear is now slimy with garbage everywhere. I cant' speak about everyone in the office but the man that seems to answer every time is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. And calling corporate? Even worse. It's sad to me that I will have to move now. I loved it here. Such a great location... I have included 2 pics to show what we are dealing with so there is no mistake that I am being truthful. And with temps reaching 110 degrees you can imagine the smell. Really is a shame..."

"I had to update this because our property was bought and Harbor Management Group is a joke. We have been out of dog poop bags for 20 days now, property is filthy, there is dog poop everywhere, and leasing office doesn't seem to care about anything other than smoking cigarettes outside the office door. The gym is gross now. I definitely will be moving out in December. If the front office staff would even walk the property they would know all of the issues going on. Emails aren't returned, and can't say I have even seen a maintenance staff around at all. Our property used to be so clean and enjoyable to live at. When I first moved in, the leasing office staff was disorganized, they lost my lease, anything that could go wrong did. However I have been here 8 months in total now, and since Maria and the new maintenance staff has taken over, the last two months have been wonderful. The property is always clean, and free of trash and dog poop. My work orders are completed in a timely manner, and I can always go to the office with any questions. Awesome area, and the new management staff has done a great job turning this place around. I actually renewed my lease today, something I wasn't even considering before now."
