"I've lived at Arcadia Villa Apartments for over 4 years, and my overall experience is very positive. It's a quiet complex (despite more families with children moving in) and the maintenance staff is very friendly (Steve, in particular, is always willing to accept a call and perform a favor for a tenant - thanks Steve!). The pools were recently resurfaced, the gym has very good equipment, and the grounds are well kept. Nice place to live."

"I didn’t end up moving into this community, however, Bailey at the office was wonderful and easy to work with when touring and getting information on the units for rent. You don’t see that kind of customer service and kindness from many apartment complexes. She deserves 5 stars!"

"The pros out weigh the cons… The pros first: The rent, along with fees are consistent. You know exactly what you’re going to be paying . They don’t tack on odd fees I’ve seen other places do. It’s very quiet. I don’t hear anything other than when the grounds are being maintained. Which I appreciate. The security gate is maintained pretty well. It’s secure and If the gates do stop working it’s fixed immediately. If maintenance is requested it’s taken care of in the same day. Well I’ve only needed them out one time. But they came immediately. The club house, pool and gym are very clean and kept up nicely. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable. It’s close to my sons’ school. Beautiful neighborhood. Resident portal is user friendly - easy to navigate. Cons: No washer/dryer in unit. I had a weird experience with one of the maintenance guys. He made suggestive comments which made me feel very disgusted and uncomfortable. But since I complained he’s stopped all his antics and weird behavior. Bottom line is the pros outweigh the cons. And if they’ll allow me I’m going to renew for another 14 months."

"The maintenance crew, Steve & Josh took care of our problem with our kitchen sink water pressure very well. It took about 2-3 visits to figure it out but they didn't give up. I appreciated that. The maintenience crew always fixes things fast, at least in my case. I also love Bailey in the office. She's always very easy to talk to and very helpful."

"I have lived here at Arcadia Villa for 2 years. My overall experience has been great! Last summer, it seems like they were working out some issues with the chiller system (A/C) and there were various times where they informed us in advance that we would have no hot water or water in general, but to be honest, the communication was there and to me, that's what you get when you live in apartments. Issues can arise, but how it's dealt with is most important to me. Having said, there's a new AC unit and it has been great this entire summer thus far! There is no washer/dryer in unit, but you know that going into it, and it's not a deal breaker for me. There has always been an available washer and dryer when I've needed it. Susan and the maintenance team are always so nice and friendly. The price for the area makes sense and I would say it's respectable considering the age of the apartment. It's all about location here and they have definitely done a good job with keeping it as updated and clean as possible. My rent did go up by $60 a month in May when I signed for another year. I'm hoping it doesn't go up like that again at the end of my lease - that would probably be the only thing that would make me look at other options in this area. Happy to call this place home!"
