"I love the complex and community. It’s nice and well kept and best of all, it’s quiet. The only negative things I could think of are the fact that the utilities are provided by the complex and I don’t believe the charges given are comparable to the actual usage by each resident. I live alone in a one bedroom and don’t see anyway how I could use $200+ a month in utilities during the winter when I don’t even use the heat and use minimal water and gas. The only other downside would be the AC and Heat are swapped out for each other at certain times of the year. I prefer being cold, being from the east coast, and think the AC is changed over to heat way too early when it’s still hot outside and probably will not be swapped back over to AC soon enough either when it starts getting hot again. Can’t say for sure though because I have only lived here a few months. Besides that, this place is great! The office staff are amazing and always willing to help and always friendly. Definitely recommended!"

"The staff are very friendly! Maintenance does take a while to fix things but they do a good job. I had a missing cabinet drawer in my kitchen for about 3 months because it was on back order but it was installed within a few weeks of it arriving. I have had no bugs inside my apartment. Pest control has been by once so far since July to spray in my apartment (it’s now November for context). I’ve seen a few spiders and crickets outside but nothing out of the norm. The complex is pretty quiet and respectful. The gates to the parking lots were overheating during the summer (it was 100+ degrees outside for context) which could get a bit frustrating. They have been working great since it’s cooled down! The complex has done a few events like a front door decorating contest, a Halloween pet costume contest, and celebrating National Pepperoni Pizza Day. Overall I love living here!"

"Rise at Biltmore has been my home for a little over a month now. Athena is hands down the best. She help me get moved in for less than $500 with the 1st months free. Rise has a luxury field right in the Biltmore area near highland and camelback. Rise offers a flex program that helps customers with rent. Instead of paying a full $1500 dollars a month, flex cuts the payment in half so you can divide the payments and save money. I've never had any apartment complex do that. This place is peaceful & the environment is very welcoming. The only issue I've seen is with the far side gate & no washer and dryers in the units. However, the laundromat are less than 20 yards out and very close by. Other than that Rise is 5 out of 5 for me & this place is perfect for me:) HIGHLY RECCOMENED if you ask me!!!!"

"The maintenance team has been very helpful the past few months I have lived here. They do take some time to get to the work order just like many places I’ve lived, but they do a great job! Athena has been very helpful in the front office to accommodate anything I may need help with my apartment. She is very straight forward and knows how to help!"
