"I moved in October 2023. Walls are super thin you can hear your neighbors music and even their alarm in the morning. If you call security the don’t help. You won’t get a good night sleep here. Apartment is nice. Front Doors slams on their own so you hear the slamming of the doors at all hours of the night."
"Great place to live - centrally located and close to the highway. We were here for 3 years and once this current management took over, it was a tightly run ship. No nonsense, everything in writing, actually enforced rules and regs. All of this makes for a safe, clean, luxury apartment building to live in. Thanks!"
"I lived here less than a year and I would rate it as average when considering the good and bad. - The gym is pretty nice and has most of the equipment you would need for a full workout. - The apartments themselves are pretty nice as well. I had a view towards the east and could see Camelback Mountain which was lovely. However, the walls are super thin like most new apartment buildings. If you want to sleep well, don’t count on it here. You can hear all of your neighbors, even downstairs ones. I had to wear ear buds to bed that played white noise in order to be able to sleep. Also, the fire alarms went off regularly which was very annoying and were so unreasonably loud, I felt sorry for the pets. A hospital is just down the street too so you will hear sirens often. -The pool area is okay. The furniture was beginning to wear and a lot of the fabric with the lounge chairs are tearing. It also can be pretty loud since it is right above 3rd Ave. -The carpets were not cleaned for nearly the entire year I was living there. I am not sure I even heard vacuuming very often or at all. -Management was not the best. I didn’t deal with them too often, but when I did I felt like they were annoyed to have to provide any assistance, especially when I first moved in. Not a good first impression. -Parking was no extra charge which was a great perk and they don’t really charge too many additional fees like other places in the area. -The area itself is meh. Safeway is nearby which was convenient but otherwise it’s not that great. Maybe I’m bias since I moved from a walkable city and Phoenix is hardly that. Overall, I would probably recommend keeping your options open. I moved into another place nearby and am able to sleep better. The midtown Phoenix area is fairly affordable now when considering Scottsdale or downtown Phoenix. I timed things poorly and was paying like $1,700 a month for a one bedroom and it isn’t worth that."
"I lived here almost 2 years. I’ve lived in quite a few different complexes in a few different states and this tops them all! The amenities are all really nice. The pool vibes are like being in paradise! The gym is always clean and in great condition. The customer service was consistently top notch. Chase and Jay were always willing to go above and beyond to resolve any concerns or issue I had. The location is great for getting around the city easily so this is an ideal place for someone new Phoenix. Check it out for yourself!"
